No One Knows The Day And Hour Of Jesus Return

This end times prophecy deception is about Jesus words regarding His return,
But of that day and hour no one knows.” Matthew 24:36

Read literally, it’s understandable why people think it’s a heresy to claim to know when Jesus will return. And Satan doesn’t want Christians to understand it.

Ironically, Jesus spoke those words to tell spirit-led believers when He would return.

Christians over the centuries have separated themselves from the teachings about God’s appointed Holy Feast days, causing them to not understand their importance in regard to Jesus second coming.

Jesus said “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.” Matthew 15:17

The word “Feast” is translated from the Hebrew word “moed”, which means appointment.

Passover pointed to the Messiah as our Passover lamb whose blood was shed for our sins.

Unleavened Bread pointed to the Messiah’s sinless life (as leaven is a picture of sin in the Bible).

First Fruits pointed to the Messiah’s resurrection as the first fruits of the righteous. (1 Cor. 15:20)

Pentecost represented God pouring out His Holy Spirit on Jesus disciples.

Trumpets represents Jesus return for His bride, where trumpets are blown and the elect are taken up.

Atonement occurs ten days after the Feast of Trumpets, when Christ will judge His Church.

Tabernacles occurs fifteen days after the Feast of Trumpets, when we celebrate the wedding feast.

The first four feast days were fulfilled by Jesus at the exact times that God foretold. For example, on Passover:

God commanded the sacrificial lamb to be inspected for several days, to verify it was blemish-free;

Jesus was inspected by the Jewish leaders, Pilate and Herod, and no blemish was found.

God commanded the sheep to be brought into the temple courtyard on the early morning of Passover;

In the early morning of Passover, Jesus was brought into the temple courtyard;

God commanded the sheep to be bound at 9am, for preparation for their sacrifice;

Jesus was bound to the cross at 9am.

God commanded the priest to sacrifice the lamb at 3pm and say “It is finished”;

Jesus took His last breath at 3pm and said “It is finished.”

Praise Jesus that He is fulfilling the appointed feasts in exacting detail.

Knowing that Jesus is exact in His fulfillment of prophecy, and knowing that the Feast of Trumpets represents Jesus return for His bride, we know the context of Jesus return.

Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed
1 Corinthians 15:51-52

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

Is it not logical that Jesus will return during the Feast of Trumpets?

To validate that, let’s look at what Jesus told us in Matthew 24:36.

But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.

He was using a common Jewish expression which referred to a specific Feast of the Lord. In essence He was saying, “I am coming on the Feast of Trumpets!”

This idiom was used by a groom when asked when his wedding would be.  So the groom after finding a woman to marry, would then arrive at his father’s estate, in which it could take up to two years to build.

Then it was his father that would tell him when his preparations on the bridal chamber were completed and it was time.  They then would go and retrieve the bride around the fall, which is know as “The Time of Return.”

Every fall, the men from battle would return home with their King, as well as the farmers. This Jewish Idiom was said hundreds of years before Jesus used it, as it was a popular saying that meant,

Prepare for a wedding feast and to be called out of the house to meet the groom.”

So this idiom is telling us that our Messiah will return for His bride on the Feast of Trumpets.

The Feast of Trumpets is the only Holy Feast Day (appointed time) that no man knew exactly when it would occur.

The Feast of Trumpets occurs on the first day of the Hebrew month of Tishri, which is based on the lunar cycle.

Because a New Moon occurs every 29.5 days, the starting day of the Feast of Trumpets changes every year.

The Jewish priests had to observe the skies each day to confirm the new moon.

The illuminated part of the moon decreases in size until it’s not visible. Then a “new moon” occurs, which then increases to a full moon.

The Israelite priests had no way to know which hour it was officially considered “new.”

Just as Jesus said, NO ONE knew the exact moment that the new moon occurs.

To play it safe, the priests made it a 2-day event to be sure that the new moon occurs on one of the two days.

It could occur in a late hour of the first day or an early hour of the second day, so by making the feast two days, they’re sure it happens on one of the days.

Does it make sense that Christians should celebrate the three remaining feasts?

Do you see anything that’s not biblical about this explanation about Jesus return on the Feast of Trumpets?

Do you see that it’s not a heresy to know what day Jesus said that He would return?

We celebrate Jesus birth and His death on the cross and resurrection, so we should definitely celebrate the feast that represents His return for His bride.

Since the Feast of Atonement occurs 10 days after the Feast of Trumpets, we should fast and pray, so that we are pure and holy, and dressed in white.

Since the Feast of Tabernacles occurs 15 days after the Feast of Trumpets, we should celebrate the day that we will be united to Jesus forever.

You can see that the wedding feast does not occur until Jesus second coming, so that invalidates the teaching from some Pastors that Christians will be raptured before the supposed 7 year tribulation, and will celebrate the wedding feast, while the world is under great tribulation.

  1. SMH sorry but I wasn’t gulable enough even when I believed in pre TRIB rapture to believe he was coming in 2015 nice to say well Jesus Realy didn’t mean that we can know the day. Seems slowly God is showing me that many of your pages are in error. As God said in OT I am tired of you feast days and I will not accept them. Hince why Paul said don’t worry about these that Jesus FULLFILLED them all and put on his cross. I can’t believe your comments of in sep or Oct 2015 Jesus will be here is still on here. False teacher. And now I am sceptical on anything here. When I found this site I started to believe Daniel 9-12 was fulfilled but I see that you yourself put out false propaganda and will be judged by God for this. Shame

    • Well Sam, simple logic tells us that since Messiah has not fulfilled all of His Father’s seven Holy Feast Days, then they were not nailed to the cross.

The Feast of Unleavened Bread was fulfilled AFTER He was crucified.
The Feast of First Fruits represents His resurrection AFTER He was crucified.
The Feast of Pentecost was AFTER fulfilled He was crucified.

And He has not fulfilled the Feast of Trumpets, Atonement and Tabernacles yet.

The comment I assume that you are referring to was simply proclaiming that Messiah will return on the Feast of Trumpets. I did not say it would be in 2015.

Thank you for your comment Sherry 🙂 Messiah will return on the Feast of Trumpets, which falls in the September/October time frame, depending on the year. This year is it in September. But no, I am not saying that He is returning this September.

  2. hello david. what is your thoughts on revelation 20;8? there is a army as like the sands of the sea, that come against Christ.who are these people? i have heard these are the ones who died during GODS wrath being poured out on the unbelieving world.they are the second resurrection. thanks again ron

    • Hello Ron 🙂 That’s a great question. The Scriptures don’t provide a lot of information. In Revelation 21, it points to the the Papists, Pagans, and Mahometans, who had been gathered to make war against Messiah, being killed. So the people that remained I supposed would be those who did not gather against Him.

    • Jonathan, I’ve seen people explain the 6,000 years of history and then the 1,000 year millennial reign. I can’t say for sure, as their is no verse that validates that concept. I can say for sure that I hope that it doesn’t take until 2027 for Him to return.

  3. Hey David, blessings in Master Yahshua. Your studies on Matthew 24 and its historic fulfillment in A.D 70 are quite fascinating and helpful. My question is in reference to the day and the hour theory. No doubt Messiah is fulfilling feasts in proper order and feast of trumpets points prophetically to His coming. However, is Mt. 24 in its entirety speaking of the desolation of Jerusalem or is it paired with some prophecy on His second coming? If it’s all about A.D 70 wouldn’t then no one knowing the day and the hour be in reference to His already coming judgement that fell on the Jews in A.D 70 when the roman army unexpectedly flooded the land. Thanks for the studies your explanations on prophecy are by far the most scripturally sound. So many confusing voices out there it makes one weary.

    • That is a great question Luis! I’ve had to rethink that passage, based on the study about the fulfillment of the Olivet Discourse. I believe that He was speaking about the desolation of the temple and Jews in 70 A.D., which happened in the fall. If that is the case, then His words were fulfilled.

But from a broader perspective, we know that He will return on the Feast of Trumpets, which no man knew the exact day or hour that the moon is new. Let me know if you have any further insight on the matter. Keep learning and growing in the faith!

  4. Hi David,

Can you clarify in order of occurrence if the following is correct-

    1. Tribulation will occur on Earth caused by Satan and his followers (WWIII, One World Government, etc).
    2. After the tribulation, Jesus will return and the dead and living (the true and faithful believers that are eternally saved) will be taken up into Heaven .
    3. Those that are left on earth will face Gods wrath/Judgement (can any of these people still be saved at this stage?).
    4. Wedding Feast in Heaven.

What is the 1000years and where does that come into all this?

    Thank you

    • Hi Alex, the order of occurrence seems right. I don’t believe that anyone can be saved after Messiah returns to remove His set-apart ones. Not sure about the 1,000 years, it indicates we will rule and reign during that time. Not too worried about it, I’m sure it will be amazing. Too much to focus on in this life as we battle against the enemy. Blessings to you!

Your About Page starts with “This site will post messages which are received from The Throne Room of God, telling God’s people and all of the people in the whole wide world about the Coming Rapture of The Church of Jesus Christ (otherwise known as the Bride of Christ).

My goal is not to crush anyone’s spirit, but to expose End Times prophecy deceptions. I’m sorry for the harsh truth, but don’t you want to know the truth of prophecy fulfillment, before you stand in front of your Messiah? You’re proclaiming to hear directly from Elohim. But then you’re teaching false prophecy explanations. That is a very dangerous place to be.

Thank you for pointing out the date about Feast of Trumpets on this website. I posted this page before I learned the lunisolar calendar, and had not updated it.

My new Falling Away of 2 Thessalonians 2 Bible study series covers the covenant names of Elohim. This website does not yet reflect that teaching, as it’s too much for people to bear. Trying to help people see the truth of prophecy is challenging enough. Once step at a time. http://christianitybeliefs.org/end-times-deceptions/the-falling-away/

I pray that you will read the home page, to see that the Popes of Rome are the antichrist beast of Revelation 13, not Obama. http://christianitybeliefs.org/end-times-deceptions/

Read the 70th week of Daniel study to see that it has already been fulfilled, which means that there is no future 7- year tribulation period, which invalidates the pre-trib rapture position. http://christianitybeliefs.org/end-times-deceptions/the-70th-week-of-daniel/

I will pray for you to seek and to find the truth of our Messiah’s fulfillment of His prophecies in Revelation.

Grace and peace and love to you in Yahusha/Jesus name,
      David

    • Thank you for your comment 🙂 I scanned your blog posts and found many errors. For someone who proclaims to be speaking for God, that should not be so. Speaking of, His name is not God. He is called Elohim. His personal name is YHUH Yahuah.

Jesus Christ is the pagan Greek name of the Roman cult of Christianity. The Messiah’s name is Yahusha, which means Yahuah, the Father, Saves.

You teach a pre-trib rapture, which is false. Messiah will return for His bride at the end. The parable of the wheat and tares clearly tells us that the tares will be removed first, then the wheat, the elect, will shine like the Sun.

Why would Messiah write to His Church to tell them not to have the mark of the beast, if they weren’t going to be here to have that as an option?

The Feast of Trumpets day you list is wrong, as according to the Biblical lunisolar calendar, it is on Sept 13th this year, not the 14th.

You said that God told you that Obama is the beast. That is false. The antichrist sea beast of Revelation 13 is the office of the Papacy, the Popes of Rome. It’s not just one man, but a position that has been fulfilled by many false Christ Popes.

Here’s the bottom line. I believe that the evil ones are setting up the narrative of a rapture this fall. I believe that there may be an Israel peace agreement to reinforce their deception. I believe that they may cause the tsunami with bombs, as they have already practiced this. I believe that they may stage a fake rapture using holograms and their control of the media. Then Christians would think that they have been left behind, which may cause them to falter in their faith. And I think that you are teaching false information to perpetrate their deception. I think that it is you who needs to repent and get right with Elohim before it’s too late.

  8. Also i have another question and I appreciate everything your doing but so far everything you said it’s Scripture explained but where does Scripture explain that earthquakes are political upheaval?

    Reply
    • Thank you for your comment An 🙂 We have to look at the context to see that an earthquake represents political upheaval. Most usage of the word earthquake is referring to a literal tremor on the earth, and that is made clear by the context. But in Revelation, which uses many symbols, we see that the context is political upheaval.

Revelation 6:12 represents the historical upheaval of the Roman Empire, as the previous seals of civil war, famine and pestilence, had caused it to collapse internally. “And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;http://christianitybeliefs.org/revelation-timeline/

Revelation 11:13 represents Martin Luther posting his 95 Thesis, which showed how what the Popes of Rome taught was contrary to the Word of God. This led to millions of Catholics leaving the Church to be saved by faith, who then went on to form the Protestant Churches. England, roughly 1/10th of the Papal Kingdom at the time, left the Rome Church. “And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.” http://christianitybeliefs.org/end-times-deceptions/two-witnesses-of-revelation-bible-study/

The Jesuit Generals are the earth beast of Revelation 13, which means that they are the reigning power in the world, though they do it covertly, for now.

After a worldwide economic collapse, the world will cry out for solutions, which the Jesuits will gladly provide in the New World Order. Then all the countries and major cities will lose their power, as they will be subservient to the Jesuits authority. “the cities of the nations fell… And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.”

The great city is not the physical city of Rome or Jerusalem, it is their Babylonian system of control, which will unite the world under one system.

Their Babylonian system is split into three parts, the three city-states that the Jesuits of Rome use to control the world; the city-state of Vatican City, which controls the world’s religious and political leaders; the city-state of the City of London, which controls the world’s finances and trade markets; and the city-state of Washington D.C., which controls the world’s intelligence agencies and military resources.

  9. David,

I’ve been on the search for the truth for some time now and have been looking at the studies on your website for a couple of days.

I want so much to understand. Are you saying that our Messiah is returning this September? Will he be on Earth before Armageddon? Will the NWO be successful? When will He step in and put an end to the devil and his followers and send them to the abyss?

    Thanks,

    Sherry

    • Thank you for your comment Sherry 🙂 Messiah will return on the Feast of Trumpets, which falls in the September/October time frame, depending on the year. This year is it in September. But no, I am not saying that He is returning this September.

I believe that WW III will feature Muslim countries attacking Israel, which may be seen as Armageddon.

Revelation 16 describes a great earthquake and the great city being split into three parts. Great earthquakes symbolize political upheaval, and this one would be the greatest of all, as the New World Order would control everything. And the power of countries and large cities would fall away, as they would be subservient.

The three parts refer to the three city-states that the Jesuits of Rome use to control the world; the city-state of Vatican City, which controls the world’s religious and political leaders; the city-state of the City of London, which controls the world’s finances and trade markets; and the city-state of Washington D.C., which controls the world’s intelligence agencies and military resources.

Those three parts are already in place and directly controlling the world, but in the New World Order, all will be subservient to the Jesuits authority.

In Revelation 16 it says that the evil ones will gather the kings of the world to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. I believe that Satan will cause the Jesuits to gather the world against Messiah and His followers.

In Revelation 16:15 Messiah warns “Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”

So somewhere in the midst of all of this He will return for us.

      • i wonder if the alien/life on other planets deception that’s heavily pushed by many, jesuits included may have anything to do with that final battle.

when he comes for the second time, the jesuits would convince the people that it’s not the second coming, but alien invasion and that “we all need to stand together and defend “mother earth” from those invaders”, which would make the people who weren’t expecting the coming yet because of 70th week of daniel deception, or who were deceived with the alien doctrines to actually try fighting against him.

        • Interesting perspective John. I wouldn’t put anything past the Jesuits, who no doubt are going to stage a world-wide false flag event, such as aliens invading the planet. They could stage a fake rapture to deceive Christians, perhaps after they cause a peace treaty to be made with Israel, which is what most Christians are looking for to start the supposed 70th week of Daniel.

    • Thank you for your comment An 🙂 One major challenge with that video is that it is based on a future fulfillment of Daniel 12. But the 1,290 and 1,335 days were fulfilled from 66-70 A.D., when the Roman army caused 1.1 million Jews in Judea to die from famine, pestilence, infighting, crucifixion and by the Roman sword. Here is a link to the Bible study that has a timeline of how it was fulfilled, including the Abomination of Desolation that Jesus spoke of. http://christianitybeliefs.org/end-times-deceptions/daniel-12-prophecy-deception/ Keep learning and growing in our Messiah, David
