All Roads Lead To Rome

The prophecies of Daniel, Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2, and John in Revelation, all declare that Rome is the last beast of prophecy.

It has changed forms over the years, but it is the kingdom that was in power during Messiah’s ministry, and it is the kingdom that will be destroyed by Messiah when He returns.

Satan reigned in the pagan Roman Empire, where he was worshiped through all of their false Gods. He used them to try to destroy the Early Church of Christ, killing millions.

Our Lord caused the Roman Empire to collapse, which made Satan lose his power.

Satan countered by empowering the Roman Catholic Church to rise up in its place.
He used them to burn Bibles and to kill over 50 million saints.

Our Messiah caused the Roman Catholic Church to lose power through the Protestant Reformation, and then when the Pope was taken prisoner in 1798 A.D.

Satan countered by empowering the Jesuits to take control of the Catholic Church. They’re creating a New World Order, where he will be worshiped, and the saints attacked.

Our Messiah will cause the Harlot Church to be burned and desolated, and He will destroy the scarlet beast of the Jesuits.

Let’s see how the prophecies of Daniel, Paul and John, all point to the beast of Rome.

These explanations may be counter to what you’ve been taught, so please pray
to the Holy Spirit for discernment, and read the whole study to see the big picture.

Many people teach that much of Daniel, 2 Thessalonians 2, and most of Revelation is applied to the last few years of history.

Please read through the list to see how they have been fulfilled through the history of Church, and will continue to be fulfilled until Jesus returns.

The prophecies in Daniel, in the epistles of Paul, and in the epistles and Apocalypse of John, are not complete in themselves; but when their separate features are combined, you get the perfect portrait.

Daniel 2 describes four kingdoms, the last of which would be in power until Jesus returns.

Daniel 2:32 “this image’s head was of fine gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze“

The kingdom of Babylon was represented by the gold head.
Medo-Persia, the silver chest, conquered Babylon.
Greece, the bronze waist, conquered Medo-Persia.

Daniel 2:40 “the fourth kingdom shall be as strong as iron, inasmuch as iron breaks in pieces and shatters everything”

The Roman Empire was the most powerful of all, and it conquered and controlled most of the civilized world, trampling people groups that were in its path.

Daniel 2:41-43 “the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; yet the strength of the iron shall be in it. And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay“

The Strong’s Hebrew word for both “mixed” and “they shall mingle themselves” is 6151 “arab.”

The clay represents the Arabs, the Muslims, who became the great Ottoman Empire, who worked with the Roman Catholic Church, to control the lands previously occupied by the Roman Empire.  They both killed Christians and Jews, but they have also warred with each other during the Crusades, as they don’t mix well.

Daniel 7 describes the same four kingdoms, but uses the imagery of beasts. 

Daniel 7:4 “The first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings. I watched till its wings were plucked off; and it was lifted up from the earth and made to stand on two feet like a man, and a man’s heart was given to it.“

Babylon represented by the lion, who had its wings plucked by the Medo-Persian empire, who humbled the mighty Babylonian king.

Daniel 7:5 “And suddenly another beast, a second, like a bear. It was raised up on one side, and had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. And they said thus to it: ‘Arise, devour much flesh!‘

Babylon was defeated by Medes-Persia, represented by a bear, because they overwhelmed the enemy with their armies sheer size, which could number over 1 million. One side was stronger than the other, thus it raised up on one side.  It conquered three territories previously held by the Babylonians, thus the three ribs.

Daniel 7:6 “After this I looked, and there was another, like a leopard, which had on its back four wings of a bird. The beast also had four heads, and dominion was given to it.”

Medes-Persia was defeated by Alexander the Great and Greece, represented by a leopard as they conquered quickly due to effective military strategies and the small size of their military units.  Alexander’s four Generals (four wings) helped him conquer, and when he died, the empire was split amongst them (four heads).

Daniel 7:7 “After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, exceedingly strong. It had huge iron teeth; it was devouring, breaking in pieces, and trampling the residue with its feet. It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns“

Greece was defeated by Rome, the fourth beast of Daniel 7, the dreadful and terrible beast that trampled everything in its path, including the Jews and Jerusalem in 70 A.D.

The Roman Empire was different as it killed millions of Christians in Rome, as Satan used them to try to wipe out the Early Church.

When the last Roman Emperor was removed in 476 A.D., the Roman Empire split into 10 civil kingdoms.

Daniel 7:8 “and there was another horn, a little one, coming up among them before whom three of the first horns were plucked out by the roots.“

Out of the ten kingdoms, the Little Horn of the Roman Catholic Church emerged, which claimed authority over both the civil world and the ecclesiastic world.

The Roman Catholic Church subdued and destroyed three of the ten kingdoms;
the Heruli, Ostrogoths and Vandals; who did not bow down to their authority.

Daniel 7:8 “And there, in this horn, were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking pompous words.“

The office of the Papacy acts and speaks for the whole body. The Popes spoke pompous words, proclaiming to be God, to be Jesus Christ, and that salvation is only through the Roman Catholic Church, all of which is Antichrist.

Pope Pius IX said “I alone… am the successor of the apostles, the vicar of Jesus Christ. I am the way, the truth, and the life…” (Source: History of the Christian Church, by Henry Charles Sheldon, p. 59.)

Pope Boniface VIII said “We declare, say, define, and pronounce, that it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff.” (Source: Bull “Unam Sanctum,” as cited in “Apostolic Digest, Book V: The Book of Obedience”)

Pope John Paul II said  “Don’t go to God for forgiveness of sins: come to me.” (Source: Los Angeles Times, December 12, 1984.)

Daniel 7:25 “He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, Shall persecute the saints of the Most High, And shall intend to change times and law. Then the saints shall be given into his hand For a time and times and half a time.“

The Roman Catholic Church persecuted the followers of Christ, during the Dark Ages and the Inquisition.

At the Council of Nicaea in 325 A.D. they changed the calendar to be based on the Sun, not the moon as God ordained in the Bible.   In the Catechism, they removed God’s 2nd Commandment, which forbids idol worship, and divided the 10th commandment into two.

They reigned for 1,260 years, from 538 A.D. when Emperor Justinian gave them power over all churches; until 1798 A.D., when the Pope was taken captive and imprisoned, where he later died.

2 Thessalonians 2 describes the transition of power from Roman Emperors to Roman Popes.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 “for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first“

When Emperor Constantine joined the idol worship of pagan Roman with Christianity, it created the beginnings of the Roman Catholic Church. Many Christians compromised their beliefs to be exalted in Rome, after several centuries of severe persecution.
Pure Christianity apostatized into a religion with pagan holidays, idols and theology.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 “and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition“

Both of the times that the phrase “son of perdition” is used in the Bible, it refers to someone who claimed to follow Christ, but was really antichrist in their beliefs and actions.  Both Judas and the office of the Papacy have fulfilled this role. So the “son of perdition” is someone who would deceive within the church.

2 Thessalonians 2:4 “who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

The temple of God is not a physical Temple, it is the body of Christ. In the name of Christ, the Pope is seated in the midst of the Christian Church, which is the temple of God.

Pope Innocent III said “We may according to the fullness of our power, dispose of the law and dispense above the law. Those whom the Pope of Rome doth separate, it is not a man that separates them but God. For the Pope holdeth place on earth, not simply of a man but of the true God.” (Source: “Decretals of Gregory IX,” Book 1, chapter 3.)

Saint Pope Pius V blasphemed,  “The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in Heaven and earth.” (Source: Pope Pius V, quoted in Barclay, Cities Petrus Bertanous Chapter XXVII: 218.)

Pope Leo XIII declared, “We hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty.”

2 Thessalonians 2:7 “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.”

Up to the beginning of the 4th century, Rome was a pagan city, and the Emperor was the high priest, called the Pontifex Maximus, of its religion.

As long as the Roman Emperor was in power, the Papal Pontifex Maximus could not take power.  The last Roman Emperor was removed in 476 A.D. Shortly thereafter, in 538 A.D., the Roman Catholic Church gained religious and civil power when Eastern Emperor  Justinian issued a decree making the Pope head of all churches.

The antichrist in John’s Epistles can mean “in place of Christ.“

“And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.” 1 John4:3

The word ‘antichristos’ is the Greek word for Antichrist. Translated into English it means Vice-Christ or Vicar of Christ, which the Pope has claimed as his title.

In 1303 A.D. Pope Boniface VIII said in his infamous Bull ‘Unam Sanctam’, “We declare, assert, define and pronounce to be subject to the Roman Pontiff is to every creature altogether necessary for salvation… I have the authority of the King of Kings. I am all in all, and above all, so that God Himself and I, the Vicar of Christ, have but one consistory, and I am able to do almost all that God can do. What therefore, can you make of me but God?”  Pope Boniface VIII, Papal bull Unam sanctam, 1302 A.D.

Pope Pius X declared, “The Pope is not simply the representative of Jesus Christ. On the contrary, he is Jesus Christ Himself, under the veil of the flesh. Does the Pope speak? It is Jesus Christ who is speaking, hence, when anyone speaks of the Pope, it is not necessary to examine but to obey.” Pope Pius X, Evangelical Christendom, Vol. 49, Jan 1. 1895 A.D.,  p. 15, “the organ of the Evangelical Alliance,” published in London by J. S. Phillips.

Pope Pius XII said, “…recognize the Holy, Catholic, Roman Church to be the only true Church of Jesus Christ, outside of which neither sanctity nor salvation can be found. Call them to the unity of the one fold, granting them the grace to believe every truth of our holy faith and to submit themselves to the Supreme Roman Pontiff, the Vicar of Jesus Christ on earth.”  Pope Pius XII, The Raccolta, Benzinger Brothers, Boston, 1957 A.D., No. 626.

The sea beast of Revelation 13 matches up perfectly with the fourth beast of Daniel 7, the Antichrist Roman Catholic Church.

Revelation 13:1 “Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name.”

John is showing us that it is the same beast as in Daniel 7, which had ten horns.

A beast in prophecy represents a kingdom power. Water in Bible prophecy represents people, and the Roman Catholic Church rose up out the 10 kingdoms of the fallen Roman Empire. The blasphemous name may be “Vicar of Christ” or “Holy Father.”

Revelation 13:2 “Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority.”

John is telling us that the beast would have the characteristics of Greece (leopard), which put education and logic above revelation; Medo-Persia (bear), which put the rule of law above mercy (Dan 6:12); and would speak like Babylon (lion), which was steeped in astrology, and the spirits of the occult. The Roman Catholic Church displays all of these attributes.

The name ‘Vatican’ means ‘divining serpent’ from Latin Vatis=diviner, and can=serpent. It’s not pointing to just one person, it’s pointing to a position.  The President of the United States, the King of England, have all been fulfilled by many people.  The office of the Papacy is the same way.

Revelation 13:3 “And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast.”

When the Roman Empire collapsed, their head, the Roman Emperors, were removed from power, which was the deadly head wound.  It recovered in the form of the Roman Catholic Church, when Popes took authority as the Pontifex Maximus, and claimed civil and ecclesiastical authority over the whole world.

Revelation 13:5, “And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months.“

Popes have claimed to be God, to be Jesus Christ in the flesh, to forgive sins, to provide salvation, and other blasphemies.

Satan used the Roman Catholic Church to deceive in the name of Christ.  The 42 months here is the same 1,260 years as Daniel 7:25 spoke about with “a time and times and half a time” which occurred from 538 – 1798 A.D.

The Encyclopedia Britannica, 1990, Vol.26, p.938) says “The ultimate humiliation of the Church came when Pius VI was driven out of Rome by the French armies in 1798 and in the following year was taken captive by them and dragged back to France, where he died.”

Revelation 13:7 “It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.”

Satan used the Roman Catholic Church to make war with the saints during the Dark Ages and the Inquisitions. They persecuted the saints so extensively, that they pronounced the opposers who testified against them as dead.

“We define that the Holy Apostolic See and the Roman Pontiff (Pope) hold the primacy over the whole world.” (Source: Laetentur Coeli, Council of Florence, 1439)
And at that time, they did have control of the whole civilized world.

The Revelation 13 earth beast describes the Jesuits of Rome, the False Prophet.

Revelation 13:11 “Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth.”

This beast did not rise up out of a people group, but were created by Ignatius Loyola.  The Jesuits are the military order of the Vatican who were empowered at the Council of Trent in 1545 A.D. to counter the Reformation, to bring Protestant Churches back under their power and to kill the followers of Christ. When the Roman Catholic Church lost its power in the 18th century, the Jesuits seized control of the Vatican.

Like the title of ‘Antichrist,’ the name ‘False Prophet‘ represents a position, not just one person; much like the President of the United States or the King of England.

The False Prophet represents all of the Jesuit Generals, Black Popes, who lead the Society of Satan to deceive the world with their sorcery.

The Jesuits act Christ-like (lamb-like), but spread around the world teaching a false salvation message of following the seven sacraments through the Papal Church.
They are False Prophets.

The Jesuits are the source of false prophecy teaching of a future 70th week of Daniel featuring a one-man antichrist, as to deflect blame away from the Roman Church.
They are False Prophets.

Revelation 13:11 “and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon.”

They call themselves the “Society of Jesus” and on the surface they appear to be priests who spread around the world ministering, but behind the scenes they serve Satan and they subversively do his work. They are lamb-like in pretensions, but dragon-like in character.

Here is part of the Jesuit Oath which testifies to their wicked mission. “I furthermore promise and declare that I will, when opportunity present, make and wage relentless war, secretly or openly, against all heretics, Protestants and Liberals, as I am directed to do, to extirpate and exterminate them from the face of the whole earth;…  I will secretly use the poisoned cup, the strangulating cord, the steel of the poniard or the leaden bullet, regardless of the honor, rank, dignity, or authority of the person or persons, whatever may be their condition in life, either public or private, as I at any time may be directed so to do by any agent of the Pope or Superior of the Brotherhood of the Holy Faith, of the Society of Jesus.”

Revelation 13:12, “And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed“

The Jesuit General, the Black Pope, controls the Vatican, not the white Pope, which everyone sees.

Jesuits priests spread around the world converting people to Catholicism, to the false religion of Rome, as to cause them to revere/worship the Pope of Rome.

1/6th of the earth’s population is Roman Catholic, and now Pope Francis, a Jesuit, is drawing Muslims, Protestants, and other people groups under their power.

The Jesuits of Rome are empowered by Satan, and they are using the power of the major military’s and intelligence agencies, especially those of America, to make war with other countries, to push the world into the their New World Order, where Satan will be worshiped.

Revelation 13:13, “He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.”

The Jesuits control HAARP technologies from Nikola Tesla, which allow them to manipulate the weather, and even cause lighting to strike where they want.

On February 11, 2013, lightning hit the Vatican three times within the hour that Pope Benedict XV gives his resignation.  The Jesuits manipulated the Papacy, as Popes usually reign until they die.  But they needed to put a Jesuit in the White Pope position, which they did with Pope Francis.

They have staged events to mislead Catholics about Mary and Fatima.

In 1917 A.D, the Jesuits caused an event where 70,000 witnesses supposedly saw the sun, contrary to cosmic laws, twirl in the sky, throw off colors and descend to earth. This event, which occurred in Fatima, Portugal, caused even non-believers to immediately dropped onto their knees and beg for forgiveness.

That ‘Miracle of the Sun‘ supposedly confirmed the validity of the “Message of Fatima,” a message from the Virgin Mary, which gave warning of future calamity if people did not participate in the Eucharist communion. It served to draw the Muslim community towards the Roman Catholic Church, as they too revere Mary and believe that she was speaking through Fatima, the daughter of Muhammad.

It may refer to a future deception from the Jesuits using HAARP or other technology to cause fire to come down from the heavens.

Revelation 13:14 “And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived.”

Since 1798 A.D., the Jesuits have propped up the Roman Church, creating an image of what it used to be.

In 1929 A.D., at the Lateran Treaty, the Jesuits caused Mussolini of Italy to establish Vatican City as an independent state, giving her civil authority again.

So in effect, the Jesuits have created an image of the beast.  They have created a power structure in the form of the Catholic Church, which they have revived.  They are using it to gather the world under their control.

It may also refer to a future deception from the Jesuits using satellites such as Project Blue Beam, which is designed to create holographic images in the sky, to create a worldwide message supposedly from God, or Mary.

Revelation 13:15 “He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.”

They are using Pope Francis, who is a Jesuit, to draw the world unto the “universal church” and those who don’t unite with her are becoming the enemy of the world.

Revelation 13:16 “He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads.”

These False Prophets now deceive 1/6th of the world’s population with a false salvation message. These people have the mark of the beast on them, as they obey the commands of the Pope and trust in him for salvation. And the Jesuits are drawing Protestant Churches to the Papal Church, along with Muslims and people of all religions.

In their One World Government, they will cause people to worship the beast, or be killed or be cut off from buying and selling.

Revelation 13:17 “and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

The Jesuits control the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the International Bank of Settlements, the Federal Reserve Bank, and Central Banks in almost every country. In their New World Order, they will control the monetary system, to dictate who buys and sells.

Revelation 13:18 “Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.”

The Pope’s title is Vicar of Christ, which in Latin is ‘Vicarius Filii Dei’, which equates numerically to the number 666.

Revelation 17 describes Mystery Babylon, the Roman Catholic Church, which will be destroyed by the Jesuits of Rome.

Revelation 17:1-2 “Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and talked with me, saying to me, “Come, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters,  with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth were made drunk with the wine of her fornication.”

The seven bowls are judgments against the Antichrist Roman Catholic Church, so the context of this chapter is the Harlot Church.

Revelation 17:3 “And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.”

The Jesuits are the scarlet beast that is using the Harlot Roman Catholic Church to draw the world under their control.

The scarlet represents the blood they have shed during their Inquisition of killing the followers of Christ.

They proclaim the blasphemous name “the Society of Jesus,” but they are really “the Society of Satan.”

Revelation 17:4 “The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication.”

“The color for bishops and other prelates is purple, for cardinals scarlet… The pectoral cross should be made of gold and… decorated with gems…”

Revelation 17:5 “And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT,

They are called “Mystery Babylon the Great,” because they pretend to be Christian, but they’re really the Babylonian religion of Sun and Satan worship.

Revelation 17:5 “THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”

They have created all the major false religions, including Islam, Mormonism, Jehovah’s Witnesses, the New Age Movement, etc.

Revelation 17:6 “I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.”

“History of the Rise and Influence of the Spirit of Rationalism in Europe, Vol. 2″ documents “That the Church of Rome has shed more innocent blood than any other institution that has ever existed among mankind will be questioned by no Protestant who has a complete knowledge of history.”

Historians estimate that during the Dark Ages and the Inquisition, the Roman Catholic Church killed over 50 million people whom they deemed as heretics, most of which were Christians who dared to own a Bible (which the Church forbid) or proclaimed the Gospel of Christ.

At one event, remembered as the St. Bartholomew’s Day Massacre, an estimated 100,000 Huguenots (Protestant Christians in France) were slaughtered.

In Spain alone the number of condemned exceeded three million, with about 300,000 burned at the stake during the length of the Spanish Inquisition. (Source: Page 259 of an updated version of “Foxe’s Book of Martyrs”; 2001; Publisher: Bridge-Logos.)

Revelation 17:7 But the angel said to me, “Why did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns”

We already know that verses 1-6 are about the Roman Catholic Church, so the explanation in the next verses was given to help John understand who they were.

Revelation 17:8 The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition. And those who dwell on the earth will marvel, whose names are not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they see the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

The first beast of Daniel WAS Babylon, out of which came Satan’s pagan worship system which stole praise from the Father.  They attempted to built a tower to the sky, as if to deny God.

In John’s day, Babylon WAS NOT, for it had been overtaken by the Medo-Persian Empire, then Greece, then the Roman Empire.

And now in verse 5, John had been shown that the Babylonian pagan religion was still alive and would manifest itself in the form of the Harlot Church.  Roman Catholicism is really the pagan Babylonian religion of Sun and Satan worship, mysteriously masked by the cover of Christianity.  The idols of Babylon became the idols of Rome, which were then given Christian names.

John would have marveled at this grand deception of Satan coming in the name of Christ, so that people would worship a false Christ. The Jesuits, like the Babylonians, are pushing the world into a New World Order, where Satan will be exalted, where man will defy God.

The antichrist beast, the Papal Church, will be judged and delivered unto perdition.

Revelation 17:9 “Here is the mind which has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman (harlot church of Rome) sits.”

Rome was the great power of John’s day, which is known for its seven hills (mountains) named Aventine, Caelian, Capitoline, Esquiline, Palatine, Quirinal and Viminal.

Interestingly, an eighth hill, Vatican (Vaticanus) Hill, is located across the Tiber river from the traditional seven hills of Rome. After the papacy returned from Avignon, France, in the 1370’s,  Vatican Hill became the headquarters for the papacy.

It was the site of the Roman temple to the Great Mother Goddess Cybele, which had, and probably still does, house secret tunnels under where the Vatican is located, where the secret worship ceremonies of Cybele, including child sacrifice, occur.

You will see that the Roman Catholic Church is the eighth head, which came out of the seven, so this reinforces that the Roman Catholic Church is Mystery Babylon.

Revelation 17:10 There are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet come. And when he comes, he must continue a short time. 

At the time that John wrote Revelation, five forms of the Roman kingdom had come and gone; 1) Kings, 2) Consuls, 3) Dictators, 4) Decemvirs, and 5) Military Tribunes.

The sixth form of the Roman government was the Imperial head, commencing with Octavian, better known as Augustus Caesar. This form of government existed in John’s day and was in power until the last Emperor was removed in 476 A.D.

During the ‘short space‘ until the 8th head would arrive; the seventh head of the Roman beast was the Dukedom of Rome. Renowned historian Edward Gibbons tells us that Italy was divided unequally between the kingdom of the Lombards and the Exarchate of Ravenna.

John was being told that the Harlot described in verses 1-6, the Roman Catholic Church, would rise to power after the seven forms of government of the Roman Empire.

The Popes of Rome were empowered by Eastern Emperor Justinian in 538 A.D., which was a ‘short space‘ after the last Roman Emperor was removed in 476 A.D.

This matches Paul’s warning in 2 Thessalonians 2, that the Son of Perdition would rise to power when the ‘restrainer,’ the Roman Emperors, were removed.

Paul and John had to hide their message, as they couldn’t write that the Roman Empire would be destroyed, as that would have invited more persecution from Rome.

Revelation 17:11 And the beast that was, and is not, is himself also the eighth, and is of the seven, and is going to perdition.

The Roman Catholic Church is the eighth, which came to power when the Roman Empire collapsed and the last Roman Emperor was removed in 476 A.D.

The Popes took the title of Pontifex Maximus, the title of the Roman Emperors, which can be traced back in different forms to the ancient Babylon. The Babylonian Kings served as both king and priest of the pagan Babylonian Mystery religion.

As priests, they bore the title “Pontifex Maximus”  or “Supreme Pontiff,” meaning “supreme pathfinder” or “bridge maker,” representing “the path or connection between this life and the next.” They ruled upon the throne of Satan, which is the throne of Nimrod as the “hidden god.”

Revelation 17:12-13 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.“

They are the same as the “ten toes” of Nebuchadnezzar’s image in Daniel 2, and the “ten horns” of the fourth beast on Daniel 7.

When the last Roman Emperor was removed in 476 A.D., the Roman Empire split into 10 civil kingdoms, the ten kings; who then went on to form the nations of Europe, such as Italy, France, Spain, England, etc.

They reigned as independent kingdoms for a short while, but then they bowed down to the authority of the Little Horn of Daniel, which rose up at the same time, the Popes of Rome.

Revelation 17:14 “These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.”

These ten kingdoms, especially France and Spain, obeyed the Popes in persecuting and killing the saints.

The Messiah has overcome them during the Protestant Reformation, and when the Popes of Rome were removed from civil power in 1798 A.D.  And He will ultimately overcome them in the end when He causes them to be desolated.

Revelation 17:15 “Then he said to me, ‘The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues.’ ”

The Vatican has political relationships with almost every country in the world.

The Roman Catholic Church has ecclesiastical power over 1.2 Billion people, who live in the nations of the world and speak different languages.

Revelation 17:16-17, “And the ten horns which you saw on the beast, these will hate the harlot, make her desolate and naked, eat her flesh and burn her with fire.

The ten European countries will come to hate her doctrines, they will leave (desolate) her, they will desolate her authority over them (cease to give their power and strength), and remove her power over their countries (eat her flesh).

Alluding to the law in Leviticus 21:9, which required that the daughter of a priest, that played the whore, should be burnt with fire; and this is to be understood literally of burning the city of Rome, the seat of the whore, with fire.

Revelation 17:18 “And the woman (the harlot church) whom you saw is that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth.”

John is being told that it is the great city that reigns over the earth at his time, which is Rome.

Today, Vatican City is a city-state, making it the smallest country in the world, that has political relations with almost every country.

Presidents and world leaders who visit Vatican City bow to the Pope’s authority.

Vatican City controls the city-state of the City of London, which is the world’s financial power; and they control the city-state of Washington D.C., which is the world’s military power.

The city-states of Vatican City, the City of London, and Washington D.C., will control the world in the New World Order.

I respectfully disagree that America is Babylon. It is controlled by the Babylonian Jesuits of the Roman Catholic Church. Here is Revelation 18, with an explanation.

Revelation 18 describes the Jesuits of the Roman Catholic Church, who will be destroyed by our Lord.

Revelation 18:1-2 “After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated with his glory. And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!”

We already know who Babylon is from Revelation 17, which identified Mystery Babylon as the Roman Catholic Church.

Babylon is the metaphor for the Roman beast that Satan has empowered to fight against Jesus and His Church. Holy Jerusalem is the metaphor for the Church that Jesus has empowered.

Revelation 18:3 “For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.”

The Jesuits of Rome, who are the earth beast of Revelation 13, controls the city-state of Vatican City, which controls religion; the city-state of London, which controls the worlds finances; and the city-state of Washington D.C., which controls the world through its intelligence agencies and military.

The Jesuits control the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the International Bank of Settlements, the Federal Reserve and the central banks of almost every country in the world, the major commercial banks and financial institutions. They have made corporate leaders and country leaders wealthy, by serving them.

Revelation 18:4 “And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.”

The ‘her” is referring to the Mother of Harlots, the apostate antichrist Roman Catholic Church, from Revelation 17.

Revelation 18:5-8 “For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. Render to her just as she rendered to you, and repay her double according to her works; in the cup which she has mixed, mix double for her. In the measure that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, in the same measure give her torment and sorrow; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as queen, and am no widow, and will not see sorrow.’ Therefore her plagues will come in one day–death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong is the Lord God who judges her.”

Revelation 18:9-10 “The kings of the earth who committed fornication and lived luxuriously with her will weep and lament for her, when they see the smoke of her burning, standing at a distance for fear of her torment, saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour your judgment has come.'”

Revelation 17:18 tells us that the Roman Catholic Church is the great city, “And the woman whom you saw is that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth.”

Revelation 18:11-14 “And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their merchandise anymore: merchandise of gold and silver, precious stones and pearls, fine linen and purple, silk and scarlet, every kind of citron wood, every kind of object of ivory, every kind of object of most precious wood, bronze, iron, and marble; and cinnamon and incense, fragrant oil and frankincense, wine and oil, fine flour and wheat, cattle and sheep, horses and chariots, and bodies and souls of men. The fruit that your soul longed for has gone from you, and all the things which are rich and splendid have gone from you, and you shall find them no more at all.”

The City of London is on water, but it does its trades electronically, as they control the major financial markets of the world, including the buying and selling of people. Every bank has a central office there. And they control the markets in New York.

Revelation 18:15-16 “The merchants of these things, who became rich by her, will stand at a distance for fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, 16 and saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city that was clothed in fine linen, purple, and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls!”

Again, Babylon is the Roman Catholic Church, which was described in Revelation 17:4 “The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication.“

Revelation 18:17-20 “For in one hour such great riches came to nothing.’ Every shipmaster, all who travel by ship, sailors, and as many as trade on the sea, stood at a distance and cried out when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, ‘What is like this great city?’ They threw dust on their heads and cried out, weeping and wailing, and saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city, in which all who had ships on the sea became rich by her wealth! For in one hour she is made desolate.’ Rejoice over her, O heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets, for God has avenged you on her!”

Revelation 18:21-24, “Then a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying, “Thus with violence the great city Babylon shall be thrown down, and shall not be found anymore. The sound of harpists, musicians, flutists, and trumpeters shall not be heard in you anymore. No craftsman of any craft shall be found in you anymore, and the sound of a millstone shall not be heard in you anymore. The light of a lamp shall not shine in you anymore, and the voice of bridegroom and bride shall not be heard in you anymore. For your merchants were the great men of the earth, for by your sorcery all the nations were deceived. And in her was found the blood of prophets and saints, and of all who were slain on the earth.”

This is the same ‘uncut‘ stone that was described in Daniel 2, which was cast at the Iron/Clay feet of the statue, the iron representing Rome.

In “her,” the Roman Catholic Church, over 50 million saints were killed. No doubt at the hands of the Jesuits and all the people they control, the number is much higher.

If you’re in the Catholic Church, Jesus has lovingly called you to, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.“  Revelation 18:4

There are many good priests and people in the Catholic Church, but the Vatican leaders, more specifically the Jesuits, are empowered by Satan to oppose Christ.

Come out of her and know true salvation, which is by faith in the atoning work of the Lamb of God, Christ Jesus.

If you’re a Pastor who has been teaching about a future one-man antichrist, you have been promoting the deceptions of the Jesuits, which are from Satan.

You will be judged for what you’ve taught your flock. You will be held accountable for them not knowing the truth, so that they can be prepared.

You will be held accountable for not fighting against the antichrist beast by the power of the Word of God.

Friend, can you see the truth now?

I pray that you pursue the truth for yourself, because you are going to be held accountable before the Lord some day.

As a follower of Christ, you should be actively battling against the Antichrist beast in the power of Jesus Word. And the best way for the Church to prevail is to know the truth about who the enemy is and expose them.

Instead, most Christians have no clue about prophecy fulfillment, and many don’t really care, as they think that they will be raptured out before the battle gets intense.

As such, they will be caught off-guard when the time of testing occurs, as they may choose to preserve their lives, rather than choose to honor the Lord.

Don’t be accused of being a foolish virgin, who has not the oil of truth, and isn’t prepared for Jesus return.

Their own words reveal who they are. Their bad fruit reveals who they are.

Almost every study on this website teaches a deception that has been originated by the Jesuits, to deflect blame against the Roman Catholic Church, and to deceive Christians.

Pastors are not teaching you these concepts because the Jesuits have infiltrated seminaries and Bible schools, to corrupt their teaching.

And quite honestly, some Pastors are wolves in sheep’s clothing.

I pray in the name of Jesus that the Advocate anoints you with eye salve, so that you may see the truth.
