Because the regathering of Israelites already happened before Jesus first coming, we should not look for another God-ordained regathering. This confirms that the modern state of Israel is illegitimate, and Christians should not support it.

The Word of God says in Genesis 12, “I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you ALL the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

Romans 9:6-8 says Abraham’s fleshly descendents ARE NOT the children of God.

Galatians 3:7 tells us that ONLY those who are of faith are the children of God.
“Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham.”
Galatians 3:16 tells us that the seed of Abraham is Jesus Christ.

One step further, the Jews currently in Israel are the descendants of those who converted to Judaism in the 7th century. They have no blood line to any of the Hebrew lineage. Their people were pagans and worshiped multiple gods.

I was an orthodox Jew in name only. I have always disputed the fact that we must pray for Israel and stand by with monetary gifts because it’s not about Israel or the Jews, it’s all about Jesus our Saviour. We who are being saved are all one in Messiah; we are all spiritual Jews; there is no difference at all. I pray for my Jewish brethren just as much as I pray for my non believing Gentile friends. One night, because of the Jewish persecution going on now, I prayed to God asking Him to let me know whether I should immigrate Israel. He showed me in a dream that I would be drinking from a worthless cup if I went because the dead are dead! Are you saying that the so called Jews that occupy israel now are not the chosen people. Will God not deliver them from the Muslim hoards that want to make war with them. I read that Jesús said that this generation shall not pass until all these things be fulfilled and everyone says that that started in may 14 1948 when Israel became a state. In Matthew 23 He had just condemned the Jewish leaders and said that all the righteous blood of the prophets would come upon them in that generation.
Then He proclaimed that the temple would be destroyed, which is the proper context of the Olivet Discourse in Matthew 24. Why do Christians focus on Jews in Israel, when the Word of God says that Jesus made both – Jews and gentiles, one church?

I appreciate your opinion, David, but I’m not buying it yet. The DNA research is interesting, but proves nothing. Caleb of Moses’ and Joshua’s time was a Jew by religion, but a Canaanite by blood, not Hebrew. He was fully accepted as a Jew and even received the choicest area in the Promised Land, Hebron, the burial place of the patriarchs. DNA is relevant to the priestly line of Aaron only, which interestingly has been preserved to this day, and will prove important when the temple is rebuilt.

The messianic prophecies are particularly unmistakable, FAR MORE SO, than in the Masoretic Text, which is why the rejecting leadership learned to hate the EXTREMELY clear prophecies of the LXX and the Original Hebraic-Aramaic Tanach . He has said that His promises are for those who know His Name, He considers His Name to be very important, so it should be to us as well, all those who love His Truth, loving Him. Yes, the "grecianed" name "Jesus", directly follows the pattern of "Yeshua", using a Vav in the ending, again meaning One who Needs salvation. His Name was the Divine Prefix YHU, Yahu, and the verb/noun Saves/Salvation/Savior, Yahusha, shown in the Greek phonetics in the LXX in Numbers 13, as Ause, Greek having no Y and no sh sounds. Yahuah named His Son exactly what He wanted, after Himself with the principle of Salvation, Yahusha. We do not want to add a second Vav as in -shUa, as we would join the masoretes, the ones who reject Him, by calling Him a Sinner, One who Needs Salvation. In obedience to Yahuah's commands, may Yahuah's Name be spread across the earth, that He may be praised, He and His atoning work, in the SINLESS sacrifice of the Person of Yahusha. At the time of Jesus’ public ministry, there was a distinct separation between Jews in Galilee and those in Judea. Sadly, there was much racism and pride. In fact, Judean Jews claimed they were more “pure Jewish” than the Galileans. But, Christ himself was a Galilean. Our Lord chose the people who were looked down upon by the more “religious” Jews in order to humble them.
With all due respect… This article is very interesting, but I myself am not convinced for several reasons. First, just like my example above there will always be self-righteous ones who claim to be more holy, more chosen, or more Jewish in the case of this article. It’s been a pattern since the start. However, God sees past all that. We know as Christians that it doesn’t even matter who’s Jewish, who’s Gentile, who’s Muslim… Christ died so that anyone who is willing to accept his offer of forgiveness can and will. Nobody is excluded from his offer. It’s up to the individual to accept. So, essentially it doesn’t matter how Jewish the current state of Israel is.
Secondly, historically Ashkenaz was a descendant of Noah. Ashkenaz was also the name given to the geographic area centered on the Rhineland (Germany). The people from this area, and possibly those descended from Ashkenaz were referred to as Ashkenazi people. If these people were direct descendants of Ashkenaz, then they came from the line of Japheth, one of Noah’s three sons. However, Jews derive their lineage from Jacob, Abraham, up through the line of Shem another one of Noah’s sons. So, I think we can agree that the people of Ashkenaz were indeed not Jewish. However, Jews did migrate to Ashkenaz, founding the Ashkenazi Jewish community in the early 5th to 10th centuries and High Middle Ages 1000-1299. The letters to the seven Churches of Revelation 2-3, used the names of the Churches in the first century, but they were written to the seven historical church ages which will have spanned from the 1st century until Christ’s return.

Paul told us who is a true Jew in Romans 2:28-29, “For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.”
So the true Jews were the followers of Christ, and the people “who say they were Jews, but are not” were the fleshly Jews, who denied Jesus as their Messiah. That includes Ashkenazi Jews.

Everything that was promised to Abraham and his descendents is offered to them in the New Covenant. A remnant has always believed by faith and were saved. The rest tried to be saved by the law and they were lost. That’s true of the Israelites, the Jews, and Gentiles today.
The promises that were made to Abraham are ultimately to those who believe by faith, not his physical descendents.
Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, Daniel, etc. all believed that the Messiah would come and atone for their sins. We look back on that event.
Why do Christians focus on Jews in Israel, when the Word of God says that Jesus made both – Jews and gentiles, one church?

I agree. Jacob was given the name ‘Israel‘ after his spiritual conversion, after he believed in God by faith. There has always been a remnant, called Israel, who believed by faith in the atoning work of the promised Messiah. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, David, etc., all believed by faith, and were saved. The rest tried to earn salvation by the law and ended up worshiping foreign gods, and were lost.
Our promised Messiah came to ratify the covenant made before Abraham, with His shed blood on the cross of Calvary.

Didn’t the Jews reject Christ when he was here and died on the cross? What is the difference between then and now where they still reject him? Also, you want to believe in DNA to tell the difference between the Jews but didn’t we all come from Adam and Eve? Randy: Of course it’s a good show. Does not the Scripture warn us that even satan transforms himself into an angel of light? And that his ministers transform themselves as well? That is the deception! They have long been deceived. Who says they are working with the original Hebrew? A political event as given in Yeshua/Jesus’ words in Luke 21. (Speaking specifically to the Jewish Disciples). Yeshua/ Jesus said: “When you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then you are to understand that she is about to be destroyed. Those in Judah must escape to the hills, those inside the city must get out, and those in the country must not enter it. For these are the days of vengeance, when everything that has been written in the Tanakh/O.T. will come true… For there will be great distress in the Land, [Israel] and judgement on the people. Some will fall by the edge of the sword, others will be carried into all the countries, of the Gentiles, and Jerusalem will be trampled down by the Gentiles – UNTIL the age of the Gentiles has run its course.” (Verses 20 – 24)
Yeshua/ Jesus was describing the events that did happen in A.D. 66 –70 – 138.
This was when the Jewish people were dispersed from Israel, which He called, “the days of vengeance, when everything written in the Tanakh, (O.T.) will come true.”
The Scriptures Jesus referred to, could well be the chapter of terrible warnings given by Moses in Deuteronomy 28, from verse 15, as a result of turning away from the Holy One of Israel to false gods, and deliberate disobedience.
It was also because of the rejection of the Nation as a whole to Yeshua/ Jesus as Messiah and Son of God. When Yeshua said this, it was in the future, by about 30 years. This National rejection by Israel was a very serious situation in God’s eyes, because they had been given so many prophecies right up to and including the preaching of John the Baptiser. In addition, they had the careful demonstration of God’s love and power in the life and death of Yeshua/ Jesus for 3 years right before their eyes. But Yeshua/Jesus explained a time would come when Gentile domination would end!

Sadly Yeshua’s prophecies were agonisingly true over many centuries, in fact the best part of 2000 years! Many did ‘fall by the edge of the sword’, and many ‘others were carried into all the countries of the Gentiles, and Jerusalem was trampled down by the Gentiles’. Some people still project these Scriptures into the future – even Jewish Messianic teachers. But it is clear Yeshua/Jesus referred to them being taken from their Land, again and so it was for the second time. But now (in the last century), it is clear they have not only gained a part of their Land of Israel, but they are returning there in increasing numbers. This is clearly the fulfillment of Isaiah’s prophecy, (in 11: 11.) “In that day, The LORD will reach out His hand a SECOND TIME to reclaim the remnant that is left of His People from Assyria…from Egypt, from Ethiopia, from Iran, from Iraq and from the Islands of the sea… He will assemble the scattered people of Judah, from the four quarters of the Earth.” [Incidentally, we believe that all today’s’ Jews ARE a ‘remnant’ if you compare the approximate number of Jews to be at the most 20 million, against the descendants of Ishmael, -the Arabs, who number around 350 million.]
But that one day, ‘the times’ of the Gentile domination would end!
The Jewish N.T. says, “until the age of the Gentiles has run its course.”
N.I.V. says, “until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.”
This ‘age’ or ‘time’ is generally agreed to be until the ‘six day war’ in 1967 when the Israeli forces over-ran the city of Jerusalem and reclaimed it totally from the Jordanians whom were ruling it on behalf of the Muslims. Israel had become a nation in their own Land in 1948, but did not have control of the City of Jerusalem until June of 1967, when it was finally united under Israeli Jewish control. Later in 1980, the Israeli Government passed a ruling that Jerusalem would always be the united, indivisible, eternal Capital of Israel. These dates are very important and a clear Scriptural fulfillment; but a literal, political event.
[Jerusalem will still be a focus of the world’s attention for many years, as other Scriptures, (such as Zechariah 12:3-9 indicates) – but will not be seriously attacked until the very end before Yeshua/ Jesus returns, in the ‘Battle of Ha Megiddo’.]
The reality at present is, that although legally it is under Jewish control, it is not totally, (sadly), in actual fact, under their control, for a number of reasons. One is that where the Muslims destroyed 50 out of 52 Synagogues in Jerusalem in 1948, The Jews not only did not destroy any mosques in 1967, but they agreed to allow the Muslim Quaff jurisdiction over the Temple Mount! Here’s the problems that I see with the article you posted. Isaiah 11:11 reads as follows “It shall come to pass in that day That the Lord shall set His hand again the second time To recover the remnant of His people who are left, From Assyria and Egypt, From Pathros and Cush, From Elam and Shinar, From Hamath and the islands of the sea.” It does not include the names Iran and Iraq.

DNA studies prove that 95% of the Jews in Israel are not the descendents of Abraham, so that means that they are Gentiles, which means that Jews did not take control of the land in 1967, as the article states. Gentiles still control the land.
There is no separate dispensation for Jews. The Word of God says that Jesus made both – Jews and gentiles, one church.
Ephesians 2:14-22 “For He Himself is our peace, who has made both (Jew and Gentile) one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father. Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone, in whom the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.”
Romans 2:28-29 tells us that a Jew is one inwardly, whose heart is circumcised. “For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.”
Romans 9:6-8 says Abraham’s fleshly descendents ARE NOT the children of God. “For they are not all Israel who are of Israel, nor are they all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, “In Isaac your seed shall be called.” That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are NOT the children of God; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed.”
Galatians 3:7 tells us that ONLY those who are of faith are the children of God. “Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham.”
Galatians 3:16 tells us that the seed of Abraham is Jesus Christ. “Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “and to your Seed,” who is Christ.”
Galatians 3:28-29 tells us that followers of Christ (Jew and Gentile) are Abraham’s seed who receive the promises made to Abraham. “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
Paul is clearly telling us that true Israel, true Jews, believe by faith, and so inherit the promises made to father Abraham.
“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” 1 Peter 2:9
Everyone who believes in Christ by faith, are the Chosen People of God. They will inherit Holy Jerusalem when Christ returns. The promise is yet to be fulfilled. It has not been fulfilled by Zionist Israel, which was created by the enemy to deceive the world.

I don’t believe that the Jews returning to Israel now are what this is referring to, I believe that that 2nd time will be when Christ returns. However, Isaiah 11 is confusing to say the least.
Do you believe that the whole Bible is the inspired word of God and there is whole truth. I can enter this discussion until I know the answer to these questions. Do you believe that Jesus is the Son Of God, and the Saviour.

I would like to throw in ‘my two bob’s worth’ (an old Australian term – equivalent to 20 cents…but 2 bob in the 50’s and 60’s could stave off starvation for a week.).
I wll let pass the DNA thing…I’m ignorant there. Though I will ask one question: Of those tested for ‘Jewish’ DNA, were any found with SOME Jewish DNA in them – even just 30 or 40 %? If only part, this surely could make them technically descendents of ‘Israelite’ stock. Many aborigines of Australia have less than a 1/4 or less of full Aboriginal blood in them and they look quite caucasion, but they are still ‘Aboriginal’, technically and legally.

A: Many Rabbi’s I have heard are secret believers in Jesus as the Messhiach of Yah, yet are quietly going about in their new faith in Jesus testifying to others, a bit like many Communists leaders are also Christians but secretly. The latter warn the underground churches of trouble coming, and fellowship with them secretly, testifying of the grace of God in Christ. Sometimes they get caught themselves and end up in the clink, etc. If these Russian or Chinese communist believers can do this ‘work’ for the sake of their Lord Jesus Christ, then we ought not be too hard on those rabbis who do similarly for the true Messiah. Do we live for Jesus as we ought?
B: In listening to the heart cry of Jewish ‘Rabbi’ – Mr Weiss’ (Rabbi Jesus said call no man rabbi, for One is your Teacher/Master), and I truly hear his cry, he says that the problem is not religion. But he is wrong, the problem IS religion. Or to use another word IDOLATRY. And that is teh whole push of Rome and NWO.
In denying that Jesus is the Christ – the Blessed of God, a man – Jew or Gentile has set up some other ‘god’ – idol in his heart, be it ‘Moses’ or some other. The religious leaders in Jesus’ day had set up Moses as there ‘god’ instead of accepting Jesus.
Mr Weiss speaks about Jews and Muslims living side by side for a long time without ‘trouble’. Islam is the creation of the ‘popes’ and monks (see ‘Alberto Rivera’ – You Tube or text). Rome wanted to rid the earth of both ‘Jews’ and uncompromising Christians, – so created this lie, and then later to bring the Arabs and all, eventually into the arms of the Great Whore. …. Islam since its inception, has been intrumental in making ‘war’ against their neighbours well over 500 times. Untold millions have been killed at their hands. But the popes were behind it all. Islam as the ruling force (as distinct from individual muslims) has never lived peacefully as God defines peace, with their neighbours, but always by some form of ‘subjugation’, taxes or some other way. Any religion that denies or dismisses or denigrates the Prince of Peace – Jesus Christ Son of God is not for peace, but will wage war at some time or other.
C: Many Orthodox Rabbis also deny Jesus (Yeshua, Yehoshua, how ever His name should be spelt in Hebrew) as being Son of God Most High. They deny His deity. They are enemies of the Lord of Glory. If we ought not to support ‘Israel’, on the basis of what you postulate here, then maybe we ought not ‘support’ these Rabbis who deny Jesus Christ. Do they know all truth? Do they understand the purposes of God for Israel? Are they are any better than some of those so ‘named’?
Now to address some other points.
1. Readers can search for themselves to discover that from 1897 – 2017, the 20 year, 50 year, 70, year, 120 year cycles in ancient Jewish religious history have also been precisely employed in modern “Israel’s” history. Israel has alwasy been a sort of timepiece in God’s calender of world events. This is historically indisputable.
Did God have nothing to do with that or what has transpired till today? Was it ALL and ONLY the work of evil men wanting to take over the world who set up this new ‘Israel’? Or has it been God using the foolishness of men to bring about His own righteous purposes?
Satan from the beginning has been at work to destroy the SEED or the seed of God; Jesus the Messiah, or His children. Did God allow Satan to use human agents to kill Jesus? As I remember it, poiltical intrigue, religious zeal, and lovers of money were all at play in that most evil act to rid the earth of Jesus – Son of the Most High God. Did they succceed? They thought they had. But God was using all for His glory and our benefit. HalleluYah!
2. God made immutable promises to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Moses and Joshua, and others. Every promise of God is a faithful word. They are Yes, and they are Amen. This is only one of the many.
“Gen.15:18 On that day Jehovah made a covenant with Abram, saying, I have given this land to your seed, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the river Euphrates,” – (LITV).
‘Jew’ is a term not just to specify those of the tribe of Ju-dah, but can also be applied to any of the House of Israel. When Pilate ordered the sign to be placed over Jesus’ head and fixed to his cross, that term ‘King of the Jews’ was not just for Judahites, but for all those living in Israel who were decendents of Israel or had become ‘Jews’. It is a generic term. And I think quite appropriate seeing that the tribe of Ju-dah was to be the Royal House of Israel out of which Shiloh – Messhiach would come.
God also promised that Israel would return all of the House of Israel would return to the land of their fathers.
Bible prophecy sometimes can have multiple applications or fulfillments. “Out of Egypt have I called my son” is just one of many. Jacob went down into Egypt. But on his deathbed he made Joseph promise to bury him in the burying place of his fathers. Israel (though dead) came out of Egypt. Israel 400 years later, very dead under bondage came out of Egypt because God called them out. Jesus went down into Egypt and two years later came up out of Egypt back into the land of his ‘fathers’. all these are fulfillments of the one prophecy.
Ezekiel 37 is only one of many instances where Almighty God reveals that the land promised to Jacob (also Abra- ha -m) would be filled once again with their descendants, amongst other things. God does not say HOW He will do these things, but only that He will do them. We do not see God giving dates in Eze 37 as to when specific details would take place.
We can say how disgusted we are with all that is taking place or has taken place in respect to modern Israel as it is, but we cannot say that God, Almighty God has had nothing to do overseeing this most amazing thing.
We cannot deny that tiny “Israel’ now is turned out to be one of the world’s leading reclaimers of unusable land; is exporting peaceful technology to the rest of the world; that is has become a major exporterof food and flowers. Has God had nothing to do with this? Is it all the work of evil men?
and finally… Spiritual Israel. It is true that any Gentile who comes to true faith in Jesus Christ, according to the Scriptures is called a child of faithful Abraham. The Holy Spirit makes it plain. The Holy Spirit also make sit plain through Paul that Gentiles who ‘believe’ in Jesus the Messiah are grafted into the natural Olive Tree (Rom. 11), and should never boast against the natural branches that were cut off. For God says he is able to graft them in again.
And He will. FOR ALL ISRAEL (apostle Paul’s ‘brethren’) WILL BE SAVED – even if but a third.
