Pope Francis I Third Vatican Council Hoax

Christians on Facebook and other places have been sharing a link to an article that supposed documents what Pope Francis I declared at the Third Vatican Council on December 5, 2013.

The article states that “for the last six months, Catholic cardinals, bishops and theologians have been deliberating in Vatican City, discussing the future of the church and redefining long-held Catholic doctrines and dogmas. The Third Vatican Council, is undoubtedly the largest and most important since the Second Vatican Council was concluded in 1962. Pope Francis convened the new council to “finally finish the work of the Second Vatican Council.”

The content of Pope Francis supposed speech included these statements:

The story of Adam and Eve is a fable.

Truth is not absolute.

All religions are valid.

God is not a judge.

There is no literal hell.

The Bible is a beautiful holy book, but like all great and ancient works, some passages are outdated.

Some verses in the Bible are intolerant and judgmental.

We welcome pro-choice people.

Whether we call God, Jesus, Adonai, Allah or Krishna, we all worship the same God of love.

Obviously those words are blasphemous, antichrist and demonic, and if Pope Francis had actually declared those things, it would have been all over the news.

But there has been no Third Vatican Council.

For informed Christians who know what previous Popes have declared, his supposed words would come as no surprise.

Previous Popes have already declared the following blasphemous, antichrist statements; yet for some reason Christians still don’t understand that the Roman Catholic Church is the antichrist beast of Revelation, the Little Horn of Daniel and the Pope, the Son of Perdition.

Paul warned us in 2 Thessalonians 2, that the Son of Perdition would proclaim to be God.

Friend, this can’t get any clearer…

Pope Leo XIII declared, “We hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty.”

Pope Pius V blasphemed,  “The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in Heaven and earth.” (Source: Pope Pius V, quoted in Barclay, Cities Petrus Bertanous Chapter XXVII: 218.)

Pope Innocent III said “We may according to the fullness of our power, dispose of the law and dispense above the law. Those whom the Pope of Rome doth separate, it is not a man that separates them but God. For the Pope holdeth place on earth, not simply of a man but of the true God.” (Source: “Decretals of Greogory IX,” Book 1, chapter 3.)

Pope Pius IX said “I alone… am the successor of the apostles, the vicar (substitute) of Jesus Christ. I am the way, the truth, and the life…” (Source: History of the Christian Church, by Henry Charles Sheldon, p. 59.)

Pope John Paul II said  “Don’t go to God for forgiveness of sins: come to me.” (Source: Los Angeles Times, December 12, 1984.)

Pope Eugene IV declared, “No one, let his alms giving be as great as it may, no one, even if he pour out his blood for the Name of Jesus Christ, can be saved unless they abide within the bosom and unity of the Catholic Church.”

Current Pope Francis I said “You cannot find Jesus outside the Church.” (Source: EWTN Global Catholic News,  pronounced on April 23 in the Apostolic Palace’s Pauline Chapel.)

The Popes pretend to be Christian, but they are the false Church, the Mother of Harlots, the Whore of Babylon.

The Popes have been seated in the temple of God (not a physical temple, but in the midst of Christ’s Church) proclaiming to be God for over 1,500 years.

So why would the blogger post such an article stating the Pope Francis declared such blasphemous things from Vatican 3?

Perhaps as a prank, to see how many undiscerning Christians would share it on Facebook, email, etc.

Or as a Psy Op (psychological operation) to see how Christians and the world would react.  Would they vigorously object and call for the Pope to be deposed?  Or would they blindly trust the Pope and embrace his words of change?

Pope Francis has been forming a committee for what may be a future Vatican 3 Council, so perhaps we will see what changes the modern Catholic Church will make in the future.
