Theodore Shoebat Says Those Who Refuse To Submit To Christian Society Should Be Put To Death

by David on November 24, 2015

This End Times Deceptions Bible study features a video from Roman Catholic Theodore Shoebat who says that those who refuse to submit to Christianity in America should be put to death.

Let’s be clear here… the ‘Christianity’ that Theodore is promoting is Catholicism, which historically has proclaimed that heretics, those who speak against the Popes of Rome and their teachings, should be put to death.

Pope Innocent III  said, “Anyone who attempts to construe a personal view of God which conflicts with (Catholic) church dogma must be burned without pity.”  (1)

Pope Gregory IX said, “The lords of the districts shall carefully seek out the ‘heretics’ in dwellings, hovels, and forests, and even their underground retreats shall be entirely wiped out.” – (2)

I checked his website before, needless to say he tells a pack of lies and blames Islam for everything. Spreading hate is not of Christ…

12 And they entered into a covenant to seek the LORD God of their fathers with all their heart and with all their soul;

13 That whosoever would not seek the LORD God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman.
-2 Chronicles 15:12-13

3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
-Romans 13:3-4

Thanks for sharing the verses Jack. The context of 2 Chronicles 15 is about people who worship abominable idols. The Roman Catholic Church is full of people who worship abominable idols. So are you saying that we should start with them?

Well, we should preach the Gospel to them first. But, if idolaters persistently continue in their idolatry and unbelief after having the Gospel preached to them over and over again, then the civil government needs to do something about them.
