This End Times Deceptions Bible study reviews the Years of Seven video from Gary Stearman of Prophecy Watchers.
They proclaim that Revelation prophecy is simple, and that there are a lot of errors out there about the fulfillment… and then they give false futuristic explanations, proving that they are false prophecy teachers.
They are teaching Systematic Theology from Lewis Sperry Chafer, who founded Dallas Theoligical Seminary.
Chafer was a protegee of Cyrus Ingerson Scofield, who taught the futuristic deceptions of the Jesuits of Rome.
Dallas Theological Seminary is the main place that the leaven of the Jesuits deceptions have infiltrated the Church. Read How The Leaven Of The 70th Week Of Daniel Deception Spread
Gary Stearman referenced John Nelson Darby as a theological scholar.
John Nelson Darby laid much of the foundation for the present popular idea of removing Daniel’s seventieth week from its historical context in the time of Jesus Christ and applying it to a future tribulation after the rapture.
The 70th week of Daniel was fulfilled on time, after the 69th week, which invalidates the concept that it is a future 7-year tribulation period. Read The Covenant In The 70th Week Of Daniel Is Jesus New Covenant
He says that Revelation is all literal.
That is not true. It uses many symbols which are defined in the Old Testament, which point to a literal fulfillment.
Case in point is the locust of the 5th Trumpet. The literal rendering would be that actual locust attack for 5 months, but don’t eat anything green, which is absurd.
Locust is the Old Testament symbolize the Arabs, and the literal fulfillment was the rise of Islam and the Muslim army.
The 5th Trumpet represents the Lord using the Arabian (Mohammedan) army against the Western Roman Empire from 612-762 A.D., which is 150 years (5 months = 150 days). They wore turbans (crowns of gold); they had beards (faces of men); they had long hair like women; they wore chain-mail (breast-plates of iron); and they were fierce (teeth of lions). The falling star was Mohammed their king, the destroyer called Abaddon; the smoke out of Satan’s bottomless pit is the false prophecy of the Koran.
Gary says that the fulfillment of Revelation hasn’t happened yet, and he noted that Israel was repopulated because of the decline and fall of the Ottoman Empire.
The fact is that we are in the 6th Bowl, and the decline and fall of the Ottoman Empire fulfilled the prophecy of the drying up of the Euphrates River. The Turks were released from the Euphrates River in the 6th Trumpet.
As you can see, Gary Stearman of False Prophecy Watchers is teaching false futuristic prophecy explanations, that originated from the Jesuits of Rome.
This serves to deflect blame away from the Popes and Jesuits of Rome, as the antichrist and False Prophet.
So by doing this, they are serving Rome, whether they know it or now. And they are deceiving Christians about prophecy fulfillment, so that they are unprepared during these end times.
You don’t need to pay $19.95 to get their false prophecy magazine, or buy their DVD’s.
You get the truth about the historical fulfillment of prophecy here on the End Times Deceptions Bible studies
Hi David, I don’t believe in dual prophecy but I believe with each beast there is a great tribulation. When the famine of the Word and food goes into effect, concentration camps, WW3 and so much more for this current generation, that to would be a great tribulation. Also, I know for a fact there is also a literal mark of the beast with this final beast, The Roman Empire/Roman Catholic Church. I’ve know about the physical mark for a while now. Someone caused me to stumble by telling me that’s not true so I immediately took it to my prayer closet and the Lord woke me up at 1am, told me to read Gal and highlighted the following scripture Gal 5:7-10 You ran well. Who hindered you from obeying the truth? This persuasion does not come from Him who calls you. A little leaven leavens the whole lump. I have confidence in you, in the Lord, that you will have no other mind; but he who troubles you shall bear his judgement, whoever he is….I have learned about the physical mark from my ministry who also teaches a historical timeline and his videos are greatly backed with scripture, his findings are as solid as they come. Satan is working hard these final days to ensure the fate of many is sealed with a physical mark so that he has assurance of permanently retaining souls
Hi Eve, I don’t believe in the dual fulfillment of prophecy either. I’m sure that tribulation will take place when the enemy pushed the world into their One World Gov and they seek to wipe out Messiah’s ekklesia of saints.
What do you think that the physical mark is?
I believe that the mark of the beast is revering (mark on forehead) and obeying (mark on right hand, actions) the antichrist beast Pope. Right now 1.3 billion Catholic have the mark on them, but when the worldwide economy collapses and nobody can buy and sell, then the Pope may offer a One World financial system.
If people join with the Pope in the One World Gov, as they esteem him as a savior of sorts, then they will have the mark of the beast. A RFID chip or tattoo may be used to mark people so that they can buy and sell in the digital financial system, but that’s a result of revering and obeying the antichrist beast Pope.
I post much more information on my Revelation Timeline Decoded website studies. Here’s the link. https://revelationtimelinedecoded.com
I have been listening the Prophecy Watchers for a couple years now. They talk about the blessed hope, but I have never heard them talk about how to be a saved believer. What good is their teaching when then don’t teach you how to be saved.
Can Bible prophecy be fulfilled in the past and future? I believe it can. I would much rather believe that the horrific events in Revelation have already taken place, in a less cataclysmic way than what we may think is going to happen. So, if what you are saying is correct, and that most of Revelation has already been fulfilled…then great. But I’m not going to abandon the future point of view, primarily because it seems more correct than yours, and yet, I would prefer yours. Who wouldn’t? Nevertheless, this is not a salvation issue, no matter what you may think. It is merely a difference of opinions about Biblical interpretation. Christ will return regardless. And if you are incorrect in some way, then He may be asking you why you were labeling others, rather than simply pointing out that your view is different than other Christians. There are views about the Rapture that differ from my own, but I would never consider labeling someone as a false teacher, unless they were preaching “another gospel”. The people you label, are indeed preaching the gospel of Christ, but your tone would seem to want people to believe that they are somehow heretics…they are not, anymore than you are, regardless of who is correct about Revelation prophecy.
That’s an interesting perspective Mike! I don’t believe in dual-fulfillment of specific prophecies. That’s just an excuse to not commit to one view, because you haven’t prove it out.
Messiah said that He’s coming as a thief in the night. He’s not talking about coming as a thief to the world, but to believers. He’s saying that if you don’t understand the fulfillment of prophecy, especially His Revelation, then you will be caught off-guard by how the end-times plays out and by His return.
The saints of the first few centuries knew that the antichrist would rise up after the Roman Empire fell, and the seal and trumpet judgments caused the fall of the Roman Empire. But Gary Stearman is not telling you that, is he?
The great theologians of the 16th-20th century all documented the fulfillment of the seals and trumpets, in their whole Bible commentaries; they have proclaimed who is the antichrist beast, the Popes of Rome; but the enemy has pushed their witness aside.
The saints have witnessed against the antichrist beast and his harlot Roman church; many times paying for their testimony with their blood; but the enemy has pushed their witness aside.
People like E.B. Elliott and Henry Grattan Guiness wrote extensive explanations of the fulfillment of Revelation in the 20th century, which proved out the historical fulfillment, to try to counter the false, futuristic explanations; but once again, the enemy has pushed their witness aside.
The historical narrative of the fulfillment of Revelation is the true explanation, and the futuristic explanations that Gary Stearman and others proclaim is the false one.
The historical narrative of the fulfillment of the 70th week of Daniel is the true explanation, and the futuristic explanations that Gary Stearman and others proclaim is the false one.
The historical narrative of the fulfillment of Messiah’s Olivet Discourse is the true explanation, and the futuristic explanations that Gary Stearman and others proclaim is the false one.
So friend, my tone is one of someone who knows that what Gary Steadman is teaching is false. And it matters greatly, and it can be a salvation issue, if people don’t understand that the office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome, fulfill Bible prophecy as the Son of Perdition and the antichrist beast; as they may revere (mark on forehead) and obey (mark on right hand, actions) the antichrist Pope in the One World Government, so that they can buy and sell again.
So I make no apologies in proclaiming that what Gary Stearman is teaching about prophecy fulfillment is false!
And if you’re wise, you’ll click on the active links to read the studies, to prove it for yourself; for you will stand before your Righteous Judge to account for your understanding about it.
David
Gary Stearmen concerns me. But Dallas Theological Seminary? What about John Walvoord? Im no preterist.
The Jesuits created the futuristic prophecy fulfillment deceptions in the 16th century, to deflect blame away from the Popes, as the Protestant Reformers were rightly proclaiming that the Pope is the Son of Perdition and the antichrist beast.
The Jesuit deceptions moved forward through several people, one of the primary ones being Cyrus Scofield.
Lewis Sperry Chafer was his protege. When Scofield died, Chafer took over as the pastor of his church.
They Chafer went on to form Dallas Theological Seminary.
Pastors who graduate from DTS unknowingly get taught the Jesuits false, futuristic prophecy fulfillment explanations. That includes DTS graduate and President John Walvoord.
This page shows you the path of the deceptions to DTS. http://christianitybeliefs.org/end-times-deceptions/jesuit-end-times-antichrist-deception/
I’m not preterist either. I’m a historicist, which teaches that Revelation is progressively fulfilled from the 1st century until Messiah returns.
This study shows you what has been fulfilled in Revelation (most of it); where we are at now; and what will happen next as we await Messiah’s fulfillment. http://revelationtimelinedecoded.com/revelation-fulfillment-timeline-summary/
I pray that you will research these things Kevin, as the enemy has created many deceptions for the end times saints.
David
You have a hard heart. Do you doubt God? Don’t you think that He could have His Word have different meanings to two different generations while saying something meaningful to all generations of the church? Do you really think the world has gone through the worst period ever? Do you think that 100 lb hailstones fell then but people failed to document it? Don’t you see that Jesus has not yet sat down on the throne of David, in Jerusalem, fulfilling His promise? What about the lucust-like creatures that will have the power to hurt people for 150 days? What about the doctrine of imminence?
Gary Stearman, whom I know, would never say it’s all literal (he’s a wise man). But what he would say is that it is all true. And he’d say to be ready because the LORD is coming suddenly, in the twinkling of an eye. Read what Jesus says to the churches. The laodician church talks about a real church in Turkey but describes the church right before He comes. Look at Sardis, the dead church…
Revelation 3:3
Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
Revelation 3:3 – https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=Revelation%203:3&version=KJV
Are you living like He could return suddenly, at any moment?
Kevin, if you understood prophecy fulfillment, then you would understand that Gary Stearman is teaching false prophecy fulfillment explanations. It has nothing to do with being cold, in fact it’s the opposite; I love the saints and don’t want them to be deceived about how the end times will play out.
Messiah’s warnings in His Olivet Discourse were fulfilled in that generation of Jews, just like He said that they would be. Here’s a Bible study series that proves it out, including great tribulation which happened from 66-70 A.D. http://theolivetdiscourse.com
I’ve not said that all prophecy has been fulfilled, and that Messiah has returned; so your question doesn’t make sense.
The falling star was Mohammed, the smoke out of Satan’s bottomless pit of lies is the Qur’an.
Here’s a link to a Bible study that provides a verse by verse explanation of the 5th Trumpet. http://revelationtimelinedecoded.com/the-fifth-trumpet-of-revelation-9/
We are the Laodicean church era; of which Messiah said is lukewarm, wretched, miserable, naked, poor and blind. That is because they think that they know how prophecy will be fulfilled, but they have been deceived by the enemy.
I suggest that you show yourself to be a Berean, and study the historical perspective of prophecy fulfillment, so that you aren’t caught off-guard by how the end times will play out. Here’s a Bible Prophecy Made Easy study that gives you the big picture of prophecy fulfillment. http://revelationtimelinedecoded.com/bible-prophecy-made-easy/
I’m busy helping the saints understand prophecy fulfillment, so that they are prepared for Messiah’s return. I understand exactly where we are at in the fulfillment of Revelation, and what will happen next as we await Messiah’s return. Do you?
Do you believe all the prophecies of Revelation have been fulfilled? If so, how do you explain the two witnesses who preach the Gospel for 3 1/2 years, cause it not to rain, and are unable to be killed until God allows it? And how do you explain their dead bodies seen by the world for 3 days in Jerusalem, and then miraculously are brought back to life, and are taken up into heaven? This has never happened before…
Calvin, no, I don’t believe that all the prophecies have been fulfilled; but I do believe that most of them have been. Here is a study that shows what’s been fulfilled, where we are at now of the fulfillment timeline and what will happen next as we await Messiah’s return. http://revelationtimelinedecoded.com/revelation-fulfillment-timeline-summary/
As for the Two Witnesses, here is that study which covers that. http://revelationtimelinedecoded.com/the-two-witnesses-of-revelation-11/
Yet the church is enamored with these snake oil salesmen.
Right Roby?!? They seem so authoritative and they use Scriptures, so the average christian just blindly trusts them. Gary has been to cemetery after all. 😛
I am student for life. It’s interesting that the views being taught on this website do not “follow” or “surrender” to the “will” of God but continually seek to change or alter Gods word to satisfy the desired belief of this person. God calls this a false teacher. God says that He will place a curse on anyone who seeks to change His word. Even down to the punctuation. This person goes to great length to prove that he must be followed and not the word of God. Just a small amount of research proves this to be true. Do not follow this person. God has placed a curse on him and he can not see the truth. “Gods truth” NOT MANS…
It’s interesting Douglas that you say that you are a student for life, but you proclaim that these teachings on this website are false. The irony is that you’re defending a false prophet in Gary Stearman.
I’ve explain the fulfillment the 70th week of Daniel prophecy, http://70thweekofdaniel.com and the prophecies in Revelation; which proves that Gary is a false prophet. http://revelationtimelinedecoded.com
It is not I who am cursed.
crazy he talks about fear am here on the comment section because am fearfull of these end time prophesis these people are causing the fear in the first place
Yeah Anthony, they’re fear-porn con artists, who hype the false, futuristic explanations to scare people. Then they sell their products to make money off of the fear that they induce.
