The Holy Feast Days Of God Deception

This End Times Deception study will focus on God’s Holy Feast days, as Satan has caused Christians to not understand their significance during the last days.

Most Christians tend to believe that Yahshua/Jesus fulfilled all of the Old Testament, so they don’t think that it applies to them.

And Satan has caused Christians to focus on Christmas and Easter,
instead of God’s Holy Feast days.

Note: Yahshua was name that the Messiah would have been called, as it meant “Yahuah (the Father) Saves.”  The name Jesus is Greek, so our Messiah was never called Jesus.

So let’s look at the time period when Christians switched from observing God’s Holy Feast days to Rome’s Easter and Christmas.

In 312 A.D. Roman Emperor Constantine proclaimed to become a Christian, but his actions tell a different story.

After centuries of having the Roman Empire persecute Christians, Satan realized that Christ’s Church just grew faster, so that strategy wasn’t working.

So he had Constantine feign being saved, to start the process of defeating the enemy from within. This was the beginning of the Roman Catholic Church, which proclaims to be Christian, but its actions are antichrist.

Constantine ended the persecution of Christians with the Edict of Milan in 313 A.D.

And he began mixing the pagan traditions of the Romans with Christianity.

In 325 A.D., at the First Council of Nicaea, they established the date of Easter as the first Sunday after the full moon following the March equinox.

Prior to this, the Romans worshiped Cybele and her lover/son Attis. Supposedly born of a virgin, Attis died and was reborn annually. The festival began as a day of blood on Black Friday and culminated after 3 days in a day of rejoicing over the resurrection.

Do you see the parallels with Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday? This appeased the pagan Romans, as they still had their holiday.  And it drew in the Christians to celebrate on this pagan day.

In 350 A.D. Pope Julius I declared December 25 the official date of Christmas.

Prior to this, December 25th had been the Roman feast of Sol and Victus (open unconquered Sun), where they celebrated Sun worship.

Their belief was that the Sun died on 12/21, the winter solstice, when daylight was at its shortest. Then after 3 days of being dead, they celebrated it’s rebirth on 12/25.

To make the switch from observing God’s Holy Feast Days to pagan-based holidays, Constantine issued this creed for Christians who would partner with Rome.

Keep in mind that the Christians had endured relentless persecution from Rome, and now they are being exalted to positions of power and treated well, so they are susceptible to compromise.

Constantine declared:

I renounce all customs, rites, legalisms, unleavened breads and sacrifices of lambs of the Hebrews, and all the other feasts of the Hebrews, sacrifices, prayers, aspirations, purifications, sanctifications, and propitiations, and fasts and new moons, and Sabbaths, and superstitions, and hymns and chants, and observances and synagogues.

Absolutely everything Jewish, every Law, rite and custom and if afterwards I shall wish to deny and return to Jewish superstition, or shall be found eating with Jews, or feasting with them, or secretly conversing and condemning the Christian religion instead of openly confuting them and condemning their vain faith, then let the trembling of Cain and the leprosy of Gehazi cleave to me, as well as the legal punishments to which I acknowledge myself liable.

And may I be an anathema in the world to come, and may my soul be set down with Satan and the devils.” (Stefano Assemani, Acta Sanctorium Martyrum Orientalium at Occidentalium, Vol. 1, Rome 1748, page 105)

Furthermore, any follower of the “Jewish Messiah” (Yahshua) who wished to join this “holy community” was compelled to adopt a different set of rules and customs. Subsequently special creeds were drafted, to which the Christian would have to swear such as:

I accept all customs, rites, legalism, and feasts of the Romans, sacrifices. Prayers, purifications with water, sanctifications by Pontificus Maxmus (high priests of Rome), propitiations, and feasts, and the New Sabbath “So! dei” (day of the Sun, ), all new chants and observances, and all the foods and drinks of the Romans. In other words, I absolutely accept everything Roman, every new law, rite and custom, of Rome, and the New Roman Religion.”

During the 4th century many Christians accepted these terms from Constantine and compromised their faith, fulfilling the “falling away” that Paul warned about in 2 Thessalonians 2.

Now let’s look at how Yahshua is still fulfilling the Holy Feast Days, so that we can see why Christians should still celebrate them, and how they foretell the end times.

Yahshua said “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.” Matthew 15:17

The word “Feast” is translated from the Hebrew word “moed”, which means appointment.

Passover pointed to the Messiah as our Passover lamb whose blood was shed for our sins. Yahshua fulfilled this feast day, which we should still celebrate.

Unleavened Bread pointed to the Messiah’s sinless life (as leaven is a picture of sin in the Bible). Yahshua  fulfilled this feast day.

First Fruits pointed to the Messiah’s resurrection as the first fruits of the righteous. (1 Cor. 15:20) Yahshua fulfilled this feast day when He rose again.

Pentecost represented God pouring out His Holy Spirit on Yahshua disciples. Acts 2 describes the fulfillment of this feast day.

Trumpets represents Yahshua return for His bride, where trumpets are blown and the elect are taken up.

Atonement occurs ten days after the Feast of Trumpets, when Christ will judge His Church.

Tabernacles occurs fifteen days after the Feast of Trumpets, when we celebrate the wedding feast.

The first four feast days were fulfilled by Yahshua at the exact times that God foretold. For example, on Passover:

God commanded the sacrificial lamb to be inspected for several days, to verify it was blemish-free;

Yahshua was inspected by the Jewish leaders, Pilate and Herod, and no blemish was found.

God commanded the sheep to be brought into the temple courtyard on the early morning of Passover;

In the early morning of Passover, Yahshua was brought into the temple courtyard;

God commanded the sheep to be bound at 9am, for preparation for their sacrifice;

Yahshua was bound to the cross at 9am.

God commanded the priest to sacrifice the lamb at 3pm and say “It is finished”;

Yahshua took His last breath at 3pm and said “It is finished.”

Praise Yahshua that He is fulfilling the appointed feasts in exacting detail.

Knowing that Yahshua is exact in His fulfillment of prophecy, and knowing that the Feast of Trumpets represents Yahshua ‘s return for His bride, we know the context of Yahshua’s return.

Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed
1 Corinthians 15:51-52

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

Can you see how the Bible is declaring that Yahshua will return on the Feast of Trumpets?

Does it make sense that Christians should celebrate the Holy Feast Days of God?

We celebrate Yahshua’s sinless life, His death on the cross as the Passover Lamb of God, and His resurrection, so we should definitely celebrate the feast that represents His return for His bride.  In 2014, it’s on September 25-26.

Since the Feast of Atonement occurs 10 days after the Feast of Trumpets, we should fast and pray, so that we are pure and holy, and dressed in white.

Since the Feast of Tabernacles occurs 15 days after the Feast of Trumpets, we should celebrate the day that we will be united to Jesus forever.

You can see that the wedding feast does not occur until Yahshua second coming, so that invalidates the teaching from some Pastors that Christians will be raptured before the supposed 7 year tribulation, and will celebrate the wedding feast, while the world is under great tribulation.

The Holy Feast Days of the Father are a covenant with His redeemed people.

If you don’t observe them, you are out of covenant with Him.

The Israelites practiced them, in looking forward to their fulfillment by the Messiah.

We too should observe them and celebrate them, for in their fulfillment our redemption is secured!

Observing the Holy Feast Days does not mean that we need to fulfill the ceremonial law, and sacrifice a lamb on Passover for example.

And we should not look to Jewish traditions in celebrating the Feast Days, as they added many rules to them.

Here is a simple list of things to do on the Holy Feast Days:

The Feast of Passover pointed to the Messiah as our Passover lamb whose blood was shed for our sins. One can read Isaiah 53 to see how Messiah fulfilled this prophecy about Him atoning for our transgressions.  One can read the Gospel passages which tell of His sacrificial death for us.  And we should follow His command to observe communion in remembrance of His atoning sacrifice for our sins.

The Feast of Unleavened Bread pointed to the Messiah’s sinless life (as leaven is a picture of sin in the Bible).  This is a High Sabbath, so we should not work on this day. We can praise Him for becoming flesh and living a sinless life; for being the second Adam, who was without sin, so that by His sacrifice we are declared righteous and can have a covenant relationship with the Father.

The Feast of First Fruits pointed to the Messiah’s resurrection as the first fruits of the righteous. (1 Cor. 15:20). We can read the Gospel passages about His resurrection, His showing Himself to witnesses, and His ascension; as it points to our future resurrection to be with Him forever.

The Feast of Pentecost represented God pouring out His Holy Spirit on the disciples. We can read in Acts how the Spirit was poured out on the disciples, and how the Gospel was preached, causing 3,000 Jews to believe in the Messiah on that day.  We can give thanks for the Spirit of Truth, our Advocate, who guides us in prayer and in truth.

Below are the fall Feast Days which are yet to be fulfilled by our Messiah:

The Feast of Trumpets represents His return for His bride, where trumpets are blown and the elect are taken up. We should praise Him as we eagerly await His return for us.

The Feast of Atonement occurs ten days after the Feast of Trumpets, when Christ will judge His Church. This is a High Sabbath, so we should not work on this day.  We should earnestly repent of our sins, the sins of our country and the sins of the church.  We should be in sorrow at how the enemy has deceived men and pray for their salvation.

The Feast of Tabernacles occurs fifteen days after the Feast of Trumpets, when we celebrate the wedding feast. We should praise Him that we are His bride, and we long to be married to Him and be with Him forever.

I love the truth. The sad thing is that there are no such places of true worship in this area where I live. I have looked for years and found a radio program called the overcomes ministry but there is a lot of countervirsy with his broadcast but teaches the same things.

I totally understand Del. It’s hard to find like-minded people who are on the narrow road. At this point every church denomination is teaching many deceptions, and are basically daughters of the harlot church of Rome. The SDA Church at least protests against Rome, as they identify the Popes and Jesuits of Rome as the enemy of Messiah and His Church. But they have their own problems.

I haven’t been to church in years, the Spirit just won’t let me go. I miss the fellowship, but I can’t sit there and look around at a crowd of people who have been deceived about so much.

Given the way things are going in this world, home church is the best answer, if you have any like-minded people around you. What state are you in? Blessings to you! David

I have always followed the feast days but Adventistism is coming out strong denouncing them. Thank you David.

On what grounds would they denounce them John. They are divine appointments that Messiah is fulfilling to redeem His set-apart people. It’s important for people to know that Messiah will return on the fall Feast of Trumpets. And sadly, I think that the SDA church has been infiltrated, and denounces them so that people won’t know the context of Messiah’s return.

I must disagree on this . Number 1 you condem the na,e of Jesus . ” that was his Greek name ” even though nt was in Greek . 2. God himself confounded the languages so he knew the messiah name would be changed into ppls language , 3. Show me a verse that says belive on the lord ….” hebrue name “” and you will be saved , number 2 you fall right into the hebrue roots movement trap and now under talmud doctrine wethere you realize it or not . You sound like perry stone on this study . Also putting ppl back under the law . Paul said those ordinances were nailed to his cross . Do not judge therefor on meat and drink ON HOLY DAYS on new moons or sabbath days those are for shadows but all is in body of Christ . . So we are not bound to those laws not at this present time . Also God has his timing and is not ours . I guess you can’t get everything right . Alot seems correct but this and all the hebrue roots movement your advertising is against the nt

Hi Samantha. I did not condemn the name Jesus. I and most people I know were saved using the name Jesus.

I said that He was never called Jesus. His parents nor His disciples called Him Jesus. His name was given in Hebrew. We should not translate or change the Messiah’s name.

You claim that the HOLY DAYS were nailed to the cross, but that is not possible. The seven Holy Feast Days are the Father’s divine appointments, which Messiah is fulfilling to redeem His set-apart people.

Messiah’s fulfillment of the feast of Unleavened Bread occurred AFTER He died. Messiah’s fulfillment of the feast of First Fruits represents His rising from the dead three days AFTER the cross. Messiah’s fulfillment of the feast of Passover occurred 50 days later.

Messiah still has three feast days to fulfill, so it’s impossible for the feast days to have been nailed to the cross.

The fact that you apparently don’t understand the significance of the Father’s seven Holy Feast Days, shows how effective the enemy has been in removing people away from Scriptural truth.

I am not part of the Hebrew-roots movement, I am part of the Scripture-roots movement. 🙂

Extraordinary work. I’ve been blessed to find this. ty.

Posted on this site I saw a link for the the true dates of the feasts but now I can’t locate it. It was a chart including past to future dates. I don’t know how an ex-catholic (unlike those who are still waiting) is to observe each but I’m searching it out.

To anyone it may bring solace to, I gave up pagan holidays some time ago. I have a family and it does not sit well with them at all and certainly causes division. Observing the weekly Sabbath is trying. Nonetheless, as for me, albeit alone, I gladly serve the Lord.

Hello David, i have just come across your site on Monday. I find your articles thoroughly researched. Researched enough to make me question my own beliefs on a certain issue…as opposed to just not agreeing with and then accusing ‘YOU’ of being wrong!
It is hard to re evaluate where you are in the Bible. I am referring to your article on whether Christians should support Israel.
The feasts brings up the interesting fact that Jews (of whatever bloodline!) have difficulty in become believers in Christ because of these Holy Days changes. Because now they have to convert. The feasts were shadows of things to come. As believers being introduced to the Messianic movement- not to become Jews or to be subjected to the law but to finally be taught the Feasts so even we Christians can marvel at the fulfillment of the Scriptures which in turn builds more faith.
(There a lot of assumptions about the Messianic movement and people do get wrongfully legalistic. But that brush is too broad.) It is through that exposure of what Irael is and was that has given our family meat. Teaching the feasts to our children is a sensory education.
There are large settlements of Christians and Jewish Christians living as missionaries in Israel. Their heart is that none should perish- not even the other ethnicities there. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem everyday. That is how we support Israel and we support those missionaries there. But you are right that the government is secular.
But my point is, the Jews can’t see Christ in Christmas and Easter so why become Christians? Regardless about supporting Israel, the recent trend of supporting Israel has gotten more Christians to think about Jews, The Holy Days of the Lord and question paganism in Christianity so we can praise God because he uses everything to bring about His Glory.
Thank you again for your articles. God bless😀

Thank you for your comment Valerie 🙂 Yes, we should pray that Jews and all people should accept Messiah as their Savior. Jews who becoming believers in Yahusha/Jesus as their Messiah should not observe Easter and Christmas, for those are pagan-based holidays. Every follower of Messiah should observe Elohim’s seven Holy Feast Days. They are not ‘Jewish’ holidays, they are Elohim’s Holy Days, which Messiah is fulfilling to redeem His bride. He has fulfilled the Spring feasts, including dying as the Passover Lamb for our sins. He will fulfill the Fall feasts at His return. The Feast of Trumpets represents His return, then 10 days later the Feast of Atonement, then 5 days after that, the Feast of Tabernacles. Here is a study that covers this http://christianitybeliefs.org/the-falling-away/the-biblical-holy-feast-days-were-hidden/ May Elohim bless you and keep you, David

I would like it if you could cover the topic of how Hinduism and the Bahai religion might play a role in the NWO or antichrist system, since they are both faith systems that have gained increasing followers but are seldom discussed

Thank you for your comment Rhonda 🙂 That’s an interesting topic. I can’t recall a Bible passage actually referring to false religions playing a role in the NWO, other than all will join together in the name of peace and safety. I’m not sure what I would discuss other than they are deceptions of the enemy.

Dear David
I have made an earlier comment on discovering the historicist version of the faith. While no version is infallible (i.e. historicism vs futurism, etc…), historicism is far more plausible. It is sad to see the faith divided in such a way. What I really hate is that the futurists are passing off that their version is the only one and never declare the other versions of prophecy interpretation. Therefore they are disinformational in that they do not declare that the preterist and futurist versions of antichrist, etc… are Jesuit creations. They also do not state a Disclaimer. In addition, their presentations never follow an expository analysis of the Scriptures and histiory but they just add to Scripture by their inventions, fabrications and wild imaginings. Consequently, the futurist antichrist is an Assyrian or a Politician or an Islamist or a Russian or a European Secularist, or whatever! The list is endless. None mention the remote possibility that the Papacy of Rome might be the Antichrist power – not according to them but according to Luther, etc… i.e. the Protestant Reformers! This is the minimum and decent thing to do! To state the full spectrum of interpretations being the preterist, futurist and historicist. What kind of men and woman are these who deny Christians the knowledge of all three version/theories of Antichrist?

May Yahushuah/Jesus truly bless and keep you as you do your work for Him.

Yours in Yahuweh’s Holy Name!

Georges

Thank you for your comment Georges 🙂 Bible seminaries, denominations and churches, have been infiltrated by the Jesuits. They teach their futurism prophecy explanations through seminaries such as Dallas Theological causing it to spread around the world.

This study shows how the leaven of their deceptions spread from Jesuit Priests to DTS, and then through DTS graduates such as Chuck Swindoll, Hal Lindsey, David Jeremiah, etc.

Wonderful site.
This thing called “Israel” has bothered me incredibly.
I have met considerable resistance to my interpretation
that the church, not the country is actually Israel.
I plan to study here more as well as recommend it go others.

Thank you for your comment Paul 🙂 I understand about getting resistance on the topic as most Christians are so programmed to support the Zionist state of Israel. The name Israel was given to Jacob when he believed in Yahweh by faith, and it represents the remnant of those who believe in the atoning work of His Son. We are not to follow Jewish things or support the Zionist state of Israel. We are to follow the commandments of Yahweh and pray for Jews to come to know their promised Messiah. Keep learning and growing in the faith. Contact me anytime with questions or insight on the studies. Grace and peace to you in Christ’s name, David

David pls i nid 2 know if celebrating christmas and easter is sinful

Reply

David March 9, 2015 at 9:08 am

Thank you for your comment Lucy 🙂 I believe that the days of Easter and Christmas are pagan in origin. Long before the resurrection and birth of our Messiah were placed on those days, the pagans worshiped their gods on those days. Jesus was born in the fall, not on 12/25. And of all of the days to pick to observe His birth, 12/25 should have been the one day to NOT select, because the birth of pagan gods is celebrated on that day.

The concept is this: the pagans believe that the Sun dies on 12/21, the winter solstice, when the Sun is furthest away and the days are the shortest. They believe that the Sun is dead for three days, and then they celebrate its rebirth on 12/25, as it is moving closer and the days are getting longer.

As you can see, that is the worst day to select for celebrating our Messiah’s birth, and I assure you that He is not amused.

People argue that it is the intent of their heart that matters, but I believe that our Messiah would rather you know the truth about that pagan day.

What I’ve learned during the last few years is that we should instead observe God’s Holy Feast days, which are not just for the Jews, but for all that believe in His beloved Son. We should celebrate Passover to commemorate His death for our sins. We should celebrate First fruits, to commemorate His resurrection. We should not celebrate Easter, which is based on the fertility goddess, Ishtar.

We are called to be a ‘set apart people,’ to be peculiar, to worship our Messiah according to His commands, not the commands of men.

There are many videos to watch and articles to read about topic.
