This End Times Deceptions study will cover the killing of the Two Witnesses of Revelation 11.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Two Witnesses are not Moses and Elijah who many Pastors falsely teach will come back during an end-times tribulation period, only to be killed.<\/p>\n

They are the Word of God<\/em> and the Church of Christ, <\/em>which have testified against the false Catholic Church, the Antichrist Beast of Daniel and Revelation<\/a><\/p>\n

God overcame the Papal Church’s suppression of the Word of God with
\nthe Little Book of Revelation 10<\/a>.<\/p>\n

God overcame the Papal Church’s extermination of Christ’s Church with
\nthe Two Witnesses of Revelation 11<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Roman Catholic Church sought to eliminate the Word of God, because it testifies to salvation through the blood of the Lamb, by faith in Christ Jesus.<\/p>\n

They mislead many people with a message of salvation by works, and that
\nsalvation is only through the Roman Catholic Church<\/a><\/p>\n

They\u00a0sought to eliminate the Word of God because it describes them in detail as the Antichrist Beast of Revelation<\/em>, the Little Horn of Daniel<\/em>, Mystery Babylon the Great<\/em>, the Mother of Harlots<\/em>, and the Pope, the Son of Perdition<\/em>.<\/p>\n

By banning people from reading the Word of God and killing people who know the Word of God, you control the message and hide the truth.<\/p>\n

Reading this page will help you see the fulfillment of Revelation 17:6,<\/p>\n

“I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus<\/em>.”<\/p>\n

Disclaimer: There are many good priests and people in the Catholic Church, but the Vatican (which means divining serpent<\/em>) is empowered by Satan. Catholics need our prayers and our witness, as Jesus has called them to \u201cCome out from within her my people, lest you share in her sins, that you would not receive from her plagues<\/em>.” Revelation 18:4<\/p>\n

This page documents many events where the Roman Catholic Church worked relentlessly to eliminate the Two Witnesses against them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The early witnesses were people groups called the Albigenses and Waldenses (called Vaudois in French). God entrusted them with preserving His Holy Word, which is why the Papal Church persecuted them so relentlessly.<\/p>\n

God had the Vaudois translate the Bible into Latin. The Old Latin Bible became known as the Vulgate (common) Bible, and it spread through the Roman empire and to England before 200 A.D.\u00a0 The Vaudois missionaries risked death to share the Gospel.<\/p>\n

The Catholic Church responded by having Jerome translate the Bible into Latin, creating the Latin Vulgate Bible. Jerome used corrupt texts from Alexandria, Egypt, which are missing many words that confirm Jesus deity.<\/p>\n

The Latin Vulgate Bible didn\u2019t catch on during that time, because Christians knew it was a fake.<\/p>\n

Just as Paul had foretold in 2 Thessalonians 2, the Roman Catholic Church rose to power after the Roman Empire fell and was taken out of the way<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The Son of Perdition is now seated in the Temple of God (in the midst of Christ’s Church) proclaiming to be God.\u00a0 Read Antichrist In The Temple Deception<\/a><\/p>\n

In 538 A.D., the Roman Catholic Church gained religious and civil power when Emperor Justinian issued a decree making the Pope head of all churches.<\/p>\n

It didn’t take them long to start persecuting people groups such as the Vaudois, the Waldenses and the Albigenses, who were used by God to preserve His Holy Word, preach the pure Gospel of Christ, and testify against the Antichrist Papal Church.<\/p>\n

First, let’s define the word heretic:<\/p>\n

According to Webster’s II New Riverside University Dictionary, this is a heretic: “One who holds or advocates controversial opinions, esp. one who publicly opposes the officially accepted dogma of the Roman Catholic Church<\/em>.”<\/p>\n

Or, as one author has put it, “Heresy, to a Catholic, is anti-Catholic truth found in the Bible<\/em>.”<\/p>\n

Early 7th<\/sup> century<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Roman Catholic authorities in Great Britain \u2013 with their secular allies \u2013 persecute the Bible-believing Celtic Christians in Britain and on the European continent. On one occasion 1200 British Celtic Christians are slaughtered by a pagan army at the instigation of Roman Catholic clergy<\/strong>. (aa)<\/span><\/p>\n

7th<\/sup> century<\/b><\/span> \u2013 The Bishop of Rome urges secular and ecclesiastical authorities to persecute the Bible-believing Paulicians in various locations in Italy and other parts of Europe.<\/p>\n

612-762<\/span><\/strong> – The historical fulfillment of Trumpet 5 in Revelation 9 represented God’s judgment on Papal Rome, with the rise of the Mohammedan Arabians against the Western Roman Empire from 612-762 A.D.<\/p>\n

1062 – 1453<\/span><\/strong> – The historical fulfillment of Trumpet 6 represented God’s judgment on Papal Rome, with the Turks crossing the Euphrates to capture 1\/3rd Rome, the Eastern Roman Empire including Constantinople from 1062-1453 A.D.<\/p>\n

Note: Christians demonize the attacks by the Mohammedan Arabians and Turks, as they claim that they attacked Christians.\u00a0 The truth is that God sent them to pour out His wrath on the false Christians of the Papal Church.<\/p>\n

The Papal Church should have heeded this as God’s warning to them to repent, but instead they fought against God and his people.<\/p>\n

1095<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 Pope Urban II proclaims the First Crusade, where they fought back against the Moslems.<\/p>\n

1096<\/strong> <\/span>\u2013 Roman Catholic Crusaders slaughter half of the Jews in the city of Worms, Germany on their way through that city. (a)<\/span><\/p>\n

1098<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 Roman Catholic crusaders capture the city of Antioch and they slaughter the inhabitants of the city \u2013 men, women, and children \u2013 Muslims, Jews, and non-Roman Catholic Christians. (b)<\/span><\/p>\n

1099<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 On a \u201choly\u201d mission by\u00a0Pope Urban II, Roman Catholic Crusaders massacre 70,000 Muslims and Jews when they capture Jerusalem.<\/strong> They herd the Jews into the synagogue, and then set it on fire. These Roman Catholic Crusaders butcher almost all of the city\u2019s inhabitants \u2013 men, women, and children \u2013 Jews, Moslems, and some Christians! (c)<\/span><\/p>\n

At length, Peter Waldo, or Valdo, a native of Lyons, eminent for his piety and learning, became a strenuous opposer of popery; and from him the reformed, at that time, received the appellation of Waldenses or Waldoys.<\/p>\n

Pope Alexander III being informed by the bishop of Lyons of these transactions, excommunicated Waldo and his adherents, and commanded the bishop to exterminate them, if possible, from the face of the earth; hence began the papal persecutions against the Waldenses. (d)<\/span><\/p>\n

1140<\/span><\/strong> – The number of the Waldenses was very great, and the probability of its increasing alarmed the pope, who wrote to several princes to banish them from their dominions, and employed many learned men to write against their doctrines.<\/p>\n

1171<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 In response to a papal bull, Roman Catholic King Henry II of England starts a war against the Celtic Church in Ireland. Once the Celtic Church is destroyed, Roman Catholicism becomes the dominant religion in England.<\/p>\n

1198<\/span><\/strong> – Pope Innocent III (1198-1216) was the “most powerful of all the Popes.”<\/p>\n

He claimed to be “Vicar of Christ,” “Vicar of God,” and “Supreme Sovereign over the Church and the World.”<\/p>\n

He claimed the right to depose Kings and Princes; and that “All things on earth and in Heaven and in Hell \u2014 are subject to the Vicar of Christ<\/em>.”<\/p>\n

He brought the Church into supreme control of the State. The Kings of Germany, France, England, and practically all the Monarchs of Europe, obeyed his will. He even brought the Byzantine Empire under his control. Never in history has any one man exerted more power! He . . .<\/p>\n
